Figure Study 01 (practice sketches) (Patreon)

It's been a while since I've practiced anything, so I figured I'd brush up with some traditional figure drawing. These were referenced from photos, but I did my best to be as accurate as I could (while also not taking too long). The female figure is endlessly fascinating and beautiful, but it is also very subtle. It's not so easy to discern anatomy from form (and photos have a way of flattening things)... Nevertheless, I found this to be a useful exercise in understanding proportion and height. Let me know if you like these and I'll see about doing a few more!
