so someone on tumbo asked me abt shrikes so heres more lore:
they volunteer to join the corps at a young age (typically between  10-15) and are trained while they adjust to the mutations. Depending on  how they respond to the mutagens, theyre sorted into different  categories and assigned a mentor. progression is as follows:  volunteer>shrike>junior>senior>master
