I feel the next step in improving my art would be creating more realistic destruction/effects.. this is kinda the result of me slamming my head against Blender for several hours.. learned a lot though..

Any feedback?

I think that when someone would punch at a wall like this, that the piece coming out of the wall wouldn't be one big piece. Since the impact is in the middle the big Rock would probably crumble into smaller pieces and not come out as one piece

Yeah would indeed make more sense if it split where she hit it and flew outwards from there.. i'll keep that in mind

It would also be nice to see the effort in the women's faces. Show more emotion.

I think adding details would do a lot to make it look more realistic. Like cracks in the wall around the hole and exposed bricks or rebar, depending on the type of wall.

Good call. Got to find a way to make some proper looking cracks. Rebar should be pretty easy to add..

Her final pose should be a bit more twisted due to the momentum of the impact :)
