Throughout the entire world, the power of dojutsu’s belonged solely to the Otsutsuki clan and their descendants. The clan has been divided up into 12 parts to represent the 12 dojutsu’s that they wield.

Though there were two beings Hagoromo and Hamura who held the power of the sages. Their descendants the Uchiha clan and the Hyuga clan hold the very same power. The Uchiha clan possesses the heaven curse mark while the Hyuga possesses the earth curse mark.

Kaguya Otsutsuki was the last remaining member of the Otsutsuki clan. Her appearance was regal, wearing a thin white dress and a singular horn growing on top of her forehead. She possessed all the kama marks of all the other Otsutsuki clan members.

However, even with all of this power and strength, she was dying. There was nothing that she could do to save her life, so decided upon picking a successor to her power and form.

It didn’t take her long to discover the one known as Naruto Uzumaki. The boy that possessed all of the tailed beast's chakras, all except one which she was willing to gift him as well.  As Naruto walking home that day, a singular kama mark appeared on his forehead, though he nor anyone else noticed it since he was wearing his headband.

When Naruto walked into his home he was brought to his knees as a wave of pain spread across his body, originating from his forehead.

Naruto immediately ripped off his headband and stumbled his way into the bathroom. Looking in the mirror he saw that a Rinne-Sharingan eye was starting to form on his forehead. However this wasn’t a normal Rinne-Sharingan eye, it was known as the shinju.

This was Kaguya’s gift to Naruto. The shinju was a fusion of all the kama marks into a singular existence. This was all of her power and all of the Otsutsuki’s clan power. With this Naruto would become the perfect being.

Though there was one set of additional chakra that was given to Naruto that did not belong to Kaguya or her clan. This was the chakra of the 0 tailed beast, a beast that was only known to a few.

Upon receiving that chakra the other beast chakras inside of him began to fuse together as one and the pain that Naruto was experiencing more than doubled.

“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!”

Naruto was unable to do anything as he fell to the ground because of the pian.

He felt his muscles start to shrink and contract inward as his arms and legs started to expand!” His skin became smoother and turned the shade of pale gray, as every bit of excess hair across his body disappeared.

His hair began to grow and it started to turn a lovely shade of snow white. When it stopped growing it was officially four feet long. While the hair felt silky smooth and nice to the touch the pain that he felt only became worse.

“Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!”

Naruto screamed out once again as it felt as his head was about to split open. Little by little a fully formed horn similar to Kaguya grew out of his head, leaving not a single scar.

“Please, no more,” Naruto begged to the unknown entity that was changing him, as tears began to roll down his eyes.

As if hearing his plea, Naruto felt the pain start to disappear as a new wave of ecstasy washed over him. He unconsciously began to pleasure himself as a pair of L-cup breasts as soft as clouds formed on his chest. Then as his manhood receded into his body, the biggest and bounciest bubble that anyone has ever seen formed over Naruto’s once flat ass.

As Naruto began to regain her senses she slowly picked herself up and looked at her new form in the mirror. While she was scared at first by her new appearance, she soon began to see the beauty in it. When she accepted her new form her eyes began to alternate between the 12 different dojutsu’s.

These 12 eyes were: the byakugan, isshiki dojutsu, jogan, ketsuryugan, eternal mangekyo sharingan, ranmaru dojutsu, rinnegan, tenseigan, senrigan, shion dojutsu, yome dojutsu, magan. Each one powerful in their own right, and each one now in the possession of Naruto.

At this point, Naruto had officially become the one true successor of Kaguya’s will. She became the last full-blooded Otsutsuki clan member.

Upon seeing his transformation the village was at first shocked by Naruto’s appearance. However, they were more accepting than she realized. After saving the village many times before, the villager only wanted to see Naruto happy.

In her new form, it was as if she was a different person, but she truly was happy. There was nothing that anyone could do to ruin her mood.

Once the hype of her transformation ended Naruto made her way to confess to her one true love. A person that she had long been infatuated with but never had the courage to confess to her before she inhabited this form. T

hat person was Samui, and she was the one that Naruto wanted to spend the rest of her life with, even though in her current form she couldn’t have kids, because her body was no longer compatible with any other person in the world.

After hearing Naruto’s confession it didn’t take long for her to say yes. The truth was that for the longest time Samui was in love with Naruto as well. Some would think that she would be appalled by Naruto’s new form, but she was all for it. In fact, some may say that she enjoys it much better than her old form.

Not long after that Samui and Naruto soon wed. Upon their arrangement, they decided to rebuild Uzushiogukure together where they could live together as queens.
