“Everyone to your seats,” Aizawa-sensei said walking into the classroom.

Today was Rikka’s third day and everything was going great~! He was finally moved into the dorms, Kitty was at home playing with mommy Himiko and it was time to choose their next soon-to-be adbl~! Kitty was such a good girl that Himiko and Rikka decided that she needed a baby sister to play with.

“Alright, class today we-”

“Um, Aizawa-sensei, do you know where Bakugō is?” Iida asked, being a busybody again. “He didn’t come to class yesterday and he wasn’t in the dorms last night.”

“Bakugo’s whereabouts are unknown,” Aizawa-sensei said to his class. “Though we have no reason to suspect that anything bad happened to him. If villains were trying to harm us they wouldn’t do so quietly. For now, we will wait a few days before trying to figure out what happened.”

Oh shit! That’s right, the one thing that Rikka and Himiko forgot was to call the school and tell them that Bakugo would be returning for a while. …No matter it could easily be done at a later point in time. For now, it was time to focus on who to pick next~.

“Fine, but I will be lodging a formal complaint about this later today,” Iida said, concerned that there was something else going on here and he was definitely right, but mommy Rikka and Himiko didn’t like smart babies, so he would have to wait for his turn.

“You do that,” Aizawa-sensei said back to them. “As for today, we shall all be practicing using our quirks. Everyone get changed and go out to the training area. Momo and Uraraka please show Rikka to her changing room.”

“Yes Aizawa-sensei,” Momo and Uraraka said at the same time.

“Wait, you were serious about that?” Mineta asked as they were about to leave. “The school actually gave you your own locker room?”

“Um, it’s not just mine, but for people like me,” Rikka said back to him, seeing Mineta’s perverted expression spread across his face. He truly was a little pervert. “It’s for those that don’t identify as their biological genders.”

“I guess, but dude, all I’m saying is that you are missing out on one hell of an opportunity,” Mineta said back to Rikka.

“Mineta you perv! Don’t try to corrupt innocent Rikka~!!!” All the girls in the class yelled at him, while the boys just sighed. This was who Mineta was and there was nothing that they could do to change it.

“Come along Rikka, we’ll show you the way~,” Momo and Uraraka said, leading him out of the classroom, not even noticing that Mineta was following after them. He knew that something was strange about Rikka, but he didn’t know what it was. Rikka was too kind and innocent, he had to be hiding something. Why else wouldn’t he want to see the girls changing? Though that line of thought was just reasonable for Mineta and not many would ever agree with him.

“Sorry about that,” Momo said to Rikka. “Mineta doesn’t have a filter. He’s been like that since the beginning. He may be… well is a pervert, but he’s a decent guy when you get to know him.”

“Let’s just hope that he doesn’t try anything creepy,” Uraraka said back to Rikka, leading him all the way to his changing room. Because of budgeting his changing room was on the opposite side that the others were, luckily though it would still lead to the training area so it was no big deal.

“Thanks again,” Rikka said as the two girls lead him to the entrance of the changing room. The two girl then walked inside not noticing that Mineta was slowly making his way towards Rikka, using his quirk to crawl across the ceiling.

CRINKLE! CRINKLE!

“Oh I really do hope that we won’t be in there too long~,” Rikka said to himself, taking off his diaper, and stuffing it in his locker just before Mineta crawled into the changing room.

Rikka was worried that he might have an accident while out training, but there was nothing else that he could do. He feared that the others would notice the diaper bulge through his sweatpants.

Meanwhile, Mineta was just hoping to see some action~.

BUZZ! BUZZ! BUZZ!

Rikka's phone started to ring, Rikka already knew who it was and transformed into her female form.

All at the same time Mineta watched silently in awe as in a matter of seconds Rikka began to shrink down, his hair became longer. Then to his shock, he saw a pair of breasts form on her chest.

“Himiko what’s wrong?” Rikka asked, still unaware that Mineta was watching. Luckily for her he had no idea what Toga’s first name was.

“Well about that-”

“Mommy Rikka~!” Kitty yelled through the phone loud enough, allowing Mineta to hear it, making him wonder what other secrets Rikka had besides turning into a chick.

“Mommy Rikka I made boom-boom~!” Kitty happily said to her mommy. “I need chwange~.”

“Aww sweety, I’m can’t do that right now~,” Rikka sweety said back to her little baby. “Can Himiko help you out with that~?”

“No~! It’s mommy Rikka’s turn to chwange me! I want mommy Rikka!” Kitty whined.

“You see what I have been dealing with today,” Himiko said sounding tired. She knew that not always having Rikka around what be tiring, but it’s only been a day, something had to be done.

"Hmm, well if you won’t let Himiko do it then I guess I can do it later tonight, but first you must make sure that you do as you’re told,” Rikka said. If Kitty was going to be stuck in a dirty diaper all day then she might as well just go have some fun as Boom-Boom~.”

“Otay mommy Rikka~! I go boom-boom again~!” Kitty said before giving Himiko the phone back.

“OMG! Thank you so much~!” Himiko said to her best friend. “I don’t know what I would have done if you didn’t help me~.”

“It’s fine~,” Rikka said back to her. This isn’t her first time having to deal with a pampered baby~. “You just need some time to get used to it. Don’t worry I’ll see you tonight~.”

“Alright, you better come, or else~,” Himiko said back to her as they ended the call.

Once the call was over Mineta saw that Rikka was stripping down, but to his horror, Rikka had already transformed back into a male, and Mineta’s eyes were burned with the image of Rikka’s manhood!

THUD!

“Argh!!! My eyes!” Mineta yelled as he crashed into the ground alerting Rikka of his presence,

“You!?” Rikka yelled, shocked to see that he was there. How much of that did he hear? Rikka should have been more aware of his surroundings! How could this happen!?

“Hehehehehehe~,” Mineta started to laugh at Rikka in a creepy manner as he regained his senses and stood up. “I know your secret~,” Mineta said, making Rikka fear the worse. Getting rid of Bakugō was easy since he was out of school, but there is no way that the school would turn a blind eye if two students disappear in the middle of the school day.

“Mineta whatever you heard, you’re mistaken,” Rikka said, hoping that Mineta was an idiot.

“Oh, I don’t think that I am Rikka-chan~,” Mineta said to her. “Hiding that you have a second quirk to change your gender as well as having a secret girlfriend with weird kinks~. I’m sure that the girls would riot, knowing what kind of freak you truly are~.”

“Wai- no!” Rikka said, realizing that what Mineta knew was next to nothing. While the truth of his gender was revealed, nothing else important had. It would seem that Mineta didn’t even realize that, and this was going to work in Rikka’s favor. It would seem that he found his next diaper victim~.

“Please Mineta, don’t tell anyone~! You can’t!” Rikka yelled, trying to keep up with the lie.

“What I want is to see what I came here for~,” Mineta said to Rikka. “And I want to see your girlfriend as well! I heard you two talking and you said that you would see her tonight.”

“The girls were right, you are a pervert,” Rikka said, knowing that her newest diaper baby wasn’t ready for high school, he was far too immature for it. Rikka would have to make sure to fix that issue. “Fine, if this will keep you from talking, I’ll convince her to join, but it will have to wait until tonight. Class is about to start and I still need to finish changing and you need to go to your changing room”

“Fine, tonight at your dorm room then~,” Mineta said to Rikka. “Though this is the only chance that you will get~. If you don’t do this for me then, everyone will know your secrets,” he said leaving the changing room, not noticing that Rikka sent Himiko a list of instructions to prepare for their newest diaper baby.

For the rest of the school day, Rikka kept her eyes firmly place on Mineta, making sure that he didn’t squeal on him. Finally, once the school day was over, Rikka headed back to his room, waiting for Mineta to arrive.

“Oh, Mineta you’re finally here~,” Rikka said, seeing that the sun just set, making this perfect for her.

“Of course, I’m here,” Mineta said to him, making her lock the door when he entered. He had been waiting for this his entire life. There was no way that he was going to let this opportunity slip by. Rikka’s bare female body would be his~!

“Now hurry up and strip,” Mineta said to Rikka who had transformed into her female form. “Wait, where's your girlfriend?” he asked seeing that Rikka was alone.

“Who is that!?” Mineta yelled at her, seeing that the blonde hair girl looked oddly similar for some reason.

“I Kitty~! I mommy’s prwincess~!” Kitty yelled out introducing herself to her soon-to-be baby sister.

“Isn’t she precious~?” Rikka said to Mineta. Before she became my adorable little princess she was nothing more than a rude boy named Bakugo~.”

“No! That can’t be!” Mineta yelled, realizing that he was in serious danger now.

“Oh, but it can~,” Rikka said, touching Mineta’s hand, activating her quirk. “But I guess that a baby who can’t even count to 2 like yourself wouldn’t understand that. Don’t worry, soon that only thing on your mind will be pleasing your mommies~.”

“Huh what is going-”

“What the heck!?” Mineta yelled out, seeing a giant diaper-shaped bugle from his pants.

“It’s alright little baby~,” Rikka said sweetly to him.

“No! No, no, no, no, no! Get it off! Get it off!” Mineta yelled trying to rip the diaper off, but it was no use. However, his struggling was going to be a problem for his new mommy.

“Kitty be a dear and help mommy up, a give your soon-be little sister a boom-boom~.”

“Boom-boom~!” Kitty yelled as she readied herself.

Kitty messed her diapie and then smashed her dirty diapie right into Mineta’s face, knocking him old cold!

“Good job Kitty~!” Rikka said back to her baby, patting her head. “Now be a good girl and help mommy bring your new sister home~.

“Otay mommy Rikka~!” Kitty yelled as they carried Mineta away.

“Huh? Where am I?” Mineta asked himself, before seeing that he or rather she was trapped inside a giant ball pit!

“What the heck! Why am I a girl~!” Mineta yelled, not noticing the crinkling sound of her new diaper.

“Wait! What the hell!? Why don’t I have any tits!” Mineta yelled out in frustration, that she had such a small bust. 

“Tsk, tsk, what a naughty baby we have here~,” Rikka said, walking out towards the edge of the with Himiko by her side.

“Toga! Rikka you’re a part of the league of villains!” Mineta yelled, finally realizing the truth,

“Aww, it looks like our little Minnie finally figured it out~. Good job~!” Rikka said mocking the small child. Mineta’s or rather Minnie’s new appearance was that of a young girl of 18 years. Her grape hair smoothed out and she was given adorable purple twin tails. Some of her grapes remained, almost acting like hair ties.

“She’s adorable~!” Himiko said, happy to see that their baby was so small and cute~. And her new size was perfect because this young lady was in dire need of an attitude adjustment~.

“Does Minnie like her ball pit~? It was put in just for you~,” Rikka said teasing the baby.

“What are you chicks talking about!?” Minn-Mineta yelled at them.

“Boo~!” Kitty yelled, popping out of the ball pit, with a filled diaper. “Bad Minnie~! Minnie needs to be nice to mommies~!” Kitty said going underneath the ball pit and smacking Minnie’s poufy diaper butt.

“Very good Kitty~. As the big sister, it is your job to make sure that your younger sister is kept in check. Now Minnie I know that you are scared, but you need to remember that we’re your family, and we only want what’s best for you~.”

“Family?” Mineta asked, still confused by what they were talking about.

“Yes, that’s right~. Himiko and I are your mommies and Kitty is your big sister~. And you are our youngest baby girl~!”

“No! This can’t be!” Minnie yelled in frustration. “I wanted to grope breasts, not have small breasts!!”

“Hmm, it would seem that this baby is quite resistant~,” Himiko said to her precious baby. “It looks like mommies are going to have to help fix that~.”

“Good cute little babies love to listen to their mommies don’t they~?” Rikka said, activating her quirk. Minnie was in need of far more mental changes than her big sister since her mind was much filthier than hers.

“Mommi- no! You can’t do this to me! I have rights! Momm- you will never take control of me!” Minnie yelled, trying to resist her babification, but it was no use. Soon she would just be a cute little baby, both body and mind~.

“Good babies don’t have perverted thoughts~. Good babies accept the names given to them by their mommies~. Good babies have pure and innocent hearts~ Good babies obey their mommies and take down those foolish heroes~,” Rikka said, slowly changing Minnie’s mind.

“Good, good, it’s working~,” Rikka said, as Kitty held her baby sister against her fat breasts.

“Ngggghhhh~! N-no! M-momy…Minnie no want… Minnie want… want… huh…what does Minnie want?” Minnie asked, wondering what was going on. …Wait that’s right! She wanted to make her mommies and big sister happy~!

Her mommies and big sister loved and adored her. They only wanted what was best for her. They wanted to shower her with love and take care of her. Ugh! There was this weird pressure that was forming in her gut. Ugh! Minnie didn’t like that feeling. Minnie wanted it gone. Minnie knew that if she got rid of it and then her mommies and big sister would praise her. Come on just one more push~!

Minnie messed her diaper, getting rid of all of her big kid and pervy thoughts as well as memories of ever being Mineta.

“That’s a good girl~,” Himiko said to their new daughter.

“Yah~! Little sis is diapie girl now~!” Kitty yelled out in joy.

“Now all that there is left is to slightly modify her quirks and show her to the world~!” Rikka happily said as Himiko and Kitty pulled Minnie out of the ball pit and placed her in her new adorable villain uniform made for her by her uncle Twice~.

-1 Day Later-

“This just in, a new female Villain is out wreaking havoc. She goes by the name Sticky Grape, and it is perceived to be highly dangerous! Her quirk seems to allow her to pull off her grape hair pieces and smear them on her…her… diaper. When she does this anything that touches her… diaper will be stuck there, no matter how strong someone is. What concerns this reporter is that this new villain looks to be very young, no older than 18. Do her recent acts of terror make her a villain or just a child trying to grab someone’s attention? Hopefully, she doesn’t do anything too risky.”

“Don’t worry, this little lady is going straight to school~,” Rikka said as both her and Rikka dropped their precious little baby off at her new preschool, despite her age. Hopefully, with this new chance that they gave Minnie, she will grow up to be a proper human being this time around~.
