“Miss Fontaine snap out of it! I’m trying to save you!” Jaden yelled ending his turn. Most of the school had started to turn into Duel Ghoul’s and Jaden was Miss Fonda Fontaine's newest target.

Jaden foolishly accepted the duel thinking that he would be able to win against her now problem. He was wrong. Little did he or anyone know she was once a famous duelist none as The Demon Nurse. And just as the name suggested, her deck was filled with nurses.

“And who says that I want to be saved,” Fonda said, summoning Injection Fairy Lily to her side of the field. She then activated the spell card Early Bird Shot. This spell allowed her to attack Jaden directly with any “nurse” monster on the field so long as she ended her battle phase afterward. And since Jaden's life points were already at 100 this allowed her to win the duel.

“No! How could I lose!” Jaden yelled falling to his knees in defeat as Fonda loomed over him. By order of her master, she was supposed to turn Jaden into another Duel Ghoul, but she had other plans for the boy.

“Go on just get it over with!” Jaden said, ready to be turned into a Duel Ghoul.

“And whoever said that I was going to do that?” Fonda asked with a dark voice, moments later Jaden realized that her Injection Fairy Lily was still on the field even though the duelhad ended!

“You agreed to play a penalty game with me if you lost,” Fonda said, a sadistic smile spreading across her face. “Don’t worry it won’t hurt that much. Just focus on all the fun that you’ll have once it’s done.”

“What are you talking about!?” Jaden yelled at her, raising to his feet. Perhaps she couldn’t turn him into a Duel Ghoul and was just trying to mess with him. Too bad for her he wouldn’t fall for this and would soon use this chance to escape.

“Tsk, tsk, tsk,” Fonda said, disappointed that Jaden wasn’t as excited about this as she was. “To even think about escaping, what bad sportsmanship you are showing. Injection Fairy Lily please help our sore loser get comfy,” Fonda said.

Injection Fairy Lily attacked Jaden and to his surprise, it wasn’t a hologram! He could feel her as she wrapped him up tightly in a bunch of bandage wraps all over his body! She didn’t stop until he looked just like a mummy!

Now panicking Jaden tried to hop away, but Injection Fairy Lily grabbed him and threw him on top of one of the beds in the nurse's office. Jaden struggled with all of his might to escape his bonds but it was no use.

Injection Fairy Lily gleefully looked over her handy work before pulling out a giant syringe and injecting Jaden right in his butt! 

“Mmmppphhh~!! Jaden tried screaming out in pain from the giant needle that went into his ass, but they only came out in muffled moans.

Injection Fairy Lily giggled to herself, happily smiling down at Jaden. Bot her and Fonda watch with joy as Jaden’s transformation began.

His body visibly shrunk and slimmed down from his current form and it could be seen that his ass was expanding quite nicely. Moans of ecstasy escaped his mouth as two giant pairs of breasts form on his body and then without warning his manhood vanished without a trace.

Fonda smiled with joy seeing her new “sister” standing before her. “Huh, wait…th-those are mine!” Jaden yelled as she saw Injection Fairy Lily throw her former clothes into the trash. Her mind was starting to become clearer, but she still was unaware that she was now an older woman.

“Tsk, tsk,” Fonda said to her, grabbing her attention. “And here I’m trying to save you the embarrassment of wearing those filthy clothes.”

“G-give them back!” Jaden yelled at her. Though the moment that she tried to fight back against Fonda Injection Fairy Lily grabbed her and stripped her of all of her clothes, making her aware of her new breasts!”

Distracted by the lollipop, Injection Fairy Lily redress Jaden in her new clothes and swiftly like a master put Fonda’s makeup on her as well as pierced her ears. Thanks to the lollipop Jaden wasn’t aware of the small pain in her ears.

With the new uniform, piercing, and makeup, Jaden now looked completely identical to Fonda. If they were standing side by side with one another people wouldn’t be able to tell them apart.

Without warning Injection Fairy Lily magically pulled out another giant syringe, injecting Jaden right into her now thiccer ass. This injection cleared up any remaining dizziness that Jaden was feeling, but the pain was so great that she dropped her lollipop as she whined out in pain.

“Ahhh! That hurts!” Jaden yelled out rubbing her soft fat ass. “You’ll pay for that!” she yelled art Injection Fairy Lily, but she didn’t care, and flew behind Fonda.

Fonda then walked over to her new “sister”, handing her a pocket mirror. Jaden was utterly speechless as she looked at her new form. Though that moment of silence didn’t last long. 

“Nooooooooo!” Jaden yelled, letting out a bratty high-pitched wail of disbelief which sound just the same as Fonda’s voice. Fonda just smiled back at her. There was nothing that this girl to do to stop her from what she had planned for her.

“I don’t wanna be a girl and I don’t want to be an old one either!” Jaden whined like a little brat. “I demand that you turn me back to normal this instant!” Jaden yelled at Fonda, unaware that her voice was now exactly like Fonda’s and that her behavior was become brattier by the second.”

“I want a rematch! I will not be in this old woman’s body for a second longer! You cheated in our previous duel I know you did! Duel me right now you old crone!” Jaden yelled at her like a spoiled little brat that could accept defeat before grabbing her duel disk which luckily was left untouched.

“Haaah?” Fonda said, in a dangerously dark tone. Never before has she been called old before. She was still only 32 years old, and she was just called a crone. A fucking crone!!! That was it! Fonda wanted to do this the nice way, but if her new “sister” wanted to be a brat then she would be treated like a brat!

“Injection Fairy Lily, restrain her,” Fonda said to her monster. Jaden tried to fight back, but it was a pointless effort. Injection Fairy Lily took away Jaden’s duel disk, handing it to Fonda and then she forced Jaden over her lap again. She then pulled up Jaden’s pink dress and pulled down her black thong, showing her bare fat ass she now had straight at Fonda.

Without even showing a shred of mercy Fonda began to viciously spank Jaden in her fat ass. Since her ass was still red from before each hit felt worse and worse, not to mention that she hit much harder than Injection Fairy Lily.

“Injection Fairy Lily go fetch the adult baby diapers,” Fonda said to her monster. “Oh and make sure to bring the pink ones with the Winged Kuriboh print, I’m sure that she’ll just “love” that.”

Injection Fairy Lily did as her master commanded and brought back a bundle of Winged Kuriboh-themed diapers with her to Jaden's horror! “Now if you would, please put them on our dear “patient”,” Fonda said to her. “It would seem giving her the body of an adult was a mistake. She is nothing more than a whiny little brat that needs to be shown her place.”

“No! Stay back!” Jaden yelled as she desperately tried to crawl. She squirmed and threw a tantrum when she was caught by Injection Fairy Lily, though it made no difference since the end outcome would happen no matter what.  “I don’t want to wear diapers!” she whined, being flipped over on her stomach, presenting her bare ass in front of them yet again.

Injection Fairy Lily injected Jaden in her fat ass once again, using medicine to calm her down and make her more docile. Once Jaden's mind become fuzzy and she was unable to even think about escaping or fighting back she powered Jaden and then put the giant pink Winged Kuriboh-themed diaper, snuggly on her.

“Wahhhh! Wahhhhhhhh!” Jaden wanted nothing more than to yell at them, demanding that they let her go, but all she could do was cry. Her body was no longer hers to control. She didn’t realize until after the diaper was placed firmly on her that she was acting just as a baby would!

“Aww, now isn’t that much better, my little crybaby?” Fonda asked, mocking Jaden as she slowly approached her. “Don’t worry, we’re going to have some fun,” she said smiling sadistically at her new baby sister.

“Go retrieve the baby food,” she said to Injection Fairy Lily. Seconds later she returned with a giant jar of rainbow paste. Just the mere smell of it could make someone gag.

Upon realizing what they were going to do, Jaden tried crawling away but they stopped her. Then one by one Fonda and Injection Fairy Lily began to take turns feeding the baby.

“Open up for the airplane~,” Fonda said cooing Jaden to open her mouth, but Jaden refused to obey. This caused Fonda to force Jaden’s mouth open allowing Injection Fairy Lily to shove the paste into her mouth and Fonda then forced her to swallow it.

“Now isn’t that just yummy?” Fonda asked preparing more paste for Jaden to eat. Though just after one spoonful she was already prepared to vomit from how bad it was.

“No, please no!” Jaden whined as the kept shoving spoonful after spoonful of the rainbow paste into her mouth. Jaden couldn’t fight back against them. All she could do was cry and gag, her stomach slowly becoming more bloated from the nasty food.

When Jaden saw that the jar had finally been empty her crying slowed down, but fear consumed her once again, as she saw Injection Fairy Lily pull out a giant baby bottle filled with milk that was laced with heavy amounts of laxatives.

Jaden was helpless to do anything as the bottle was shoved into her mouth and she unconsciously started sucking on it, being forced to drink the laced milk. Injection Fairy Lily held the giant bottle of milk right above Jaden, forcing her to drink every last drop.

Once she was done drinking Jaden tried wiping her face, because she was drooling milk, but her body started to feel weaker and her stomach started to feel weird. Seconds later Jaden’s fat diapered ass was raised up in the air as she couldn’t hold herself back from pissing and shitting I her diaper. It was the most humiliating moment of her life and this was the moment she started crying her eyes out like the baby she was.

Duel Ghoul Fonda and Injection Fairly Lily tease Jaden and mock the smelly “baby”. The duel ghoul gets up close to her and says she will be her “baby” forever.

Jaden spent the next month as Fonda’s and Injection Fairy Lily’s new baby plaything. Jaden tried to resist at first but each attempt ended in failure. Every time she disobeyed her new “mommy’s” she would be spanked 100 times on her fat ass and then forced to consume more and more laxatives. It came to a point where she didn’t even notice when she messed her diaper. She just unconscious got on her knees and raised her diapered butt in the air. At this point, she thought of using the potty as nothing more than an impossible dream.

She was even forced to participate in baby play, acting like nothing more than an obedient or naughty baby for her "mommies” to take care of her. They broke her mind bit by bit, treating her like a baby and punishing her whenever she tried to act or think like an adult.

She was forced to wear frilly baby dresses and play with baby toys. They even forced her to watch hypnotic children’s shows. Her mental state after a whole month of this humiliation along with giant needles poking her fat as by Injection Fairy Lily had fully regressed into that of a baby’s.

Fonda enjoyed her new life being Jaden’s mommy along with Injection Fairy Lily. However, those days came to an end sooner than anyone had expected.

It was originally thought that the entire academy had been turned to Duel Ghouls, but there was one person that everyone had seemed to forget about and that was Chazz Princeton. He spent the last month trying to save everyone. It isn’t known how, but he did somehow manage to defeat Yubel and save the day.

Once he did Injection Fairly Lily disappeared and the Dule Ghoul Fonda Fontaine returned to normal along with the rest of the academy. Confused and disoriented from the change back to her normal self after spending an entire month that felt like a nightmare, took her a few seconds to grab her bearings. Once she did she was shocked when she looked over and saw that there was another Fonda in a filled giant pink Winged Kuriboh. She was strapped in a highchair, giggling like a baby, eating a smelly rainbow paste that made Fonda want to throw up.

“Who the hell are you!” Fonda yelled, demanding to know who this freak imposter was.

“Abu, popo?” baby Jaden responds to her with innocent baby talk. She was curious about what her mommy was yelling about. Was this a game? She wanted to play a game with her mommy!

“Asbadodo!” Jaden yelled, giggling and motioning for her mommy to pick her up.

Fonda couldn’t understand what this babified version of her was saying, but she could tell that she wanted out of that highchair. She unstrapped her baby doppelganger and gently lowered her to the ground. Based on her appearance she looked just like Fonda, but her mind was that of a baby’s.  What happened during the month that she couldn’t remember.

Fonda had many questions to ask about what happened but she had to deal with this girl first. As a medical professional she could tell that this girl must have gone through horrendous mental torture that damaged her psyche. She must have forced her own mind to regress back to its infantile state to protect herself.

Fonda wanted to figure out more about who this girl was. Though there was one small matter that she had to deal with before she could continue; she had to change this girl’s stinky diaper as the stench was getting too much to bear.

“Eww, this thing is disgusting,” Fonda said to herself as she saw the nasty state that the diaper was in. When she worked at a nursery the children had cleaner diapers than this. Baby Jaden giggle and laughed as she was being changed.

Fonda then carefully disposed of the diaper into an oddly convenient diaper disposal trash can and then cleaned her up before taking out a normal-sized syringe. It was filled with a chemical that could help clear her broken mind, even if it was only temporary. She was planning on using it to a least find out who this girl was.

Upon seeing the syringe in her hand baby Jaden flipped herself over to her knees and proudly showed her bare fat ass to Fonda, wiggling it as she was trained to do. Fonda was more than embarrassed looking at her own fat ass shaking in front of her face, but she couldn’t lose her determination here.

She injected her doppelganger in their butt since it would seem that was where they wanted it, and she felt that trying for her arm would cause more problems for her. Once she had finished the injection the seemed to calm down. Though Fonda wanted to avoid any accidents so she made sure she put a Blue-Eyes White Dragon-themed diaper on her. Now all she could do was hold her clipboard tightly to ease her nerves as she waited for a reaction.

“Huh? Wh-what’s going on” Jaden asked as she started to recover her senses a few minutes after receiving her injection. The past month for her was nothing but a haze for her. What happ-”

Jaden looked down and saw that she was wearing a giant Blue-Eyes White Dragon-themed diaper. The moment that she did the memories of what happened to her flooded her mind, causing her to wet her diaper a bit out of fear.

“Um, excuse me?” Fonda asked, trying to get her attention. Though the moment that Jaden looked at her she wet herself more, remembering what Ghoul Fonda had done to her.

“No! Please no more spankings! I’ll be good!” Jaden yelled in fear, holding up her ass expecting an injection to prick her.

“Please calm down,” Fonda said, trying to take things slow with her. It was clear to Fonda that she must have been the one to torture this girl.

“It’s alright I promise that I won’t hurt you,” Fonda said, showing her bare hands to show that she meant no ill will. “I don’t know what happened during the past month, but I promise you that it wasn’t me. I wasn’t in control of my own body. Please believe me.”

“Wait, Injection Fairy Lily isn’t here. Miss Fontaine is that actually you,” Jaden asked as tears started to form in her eyes. “Is the nightmare finally over? Am I finally free?”

“Wait, you know who I am?” Fonda asked the girl.

“Miss Fontaine don’t you remember, it's me, Jaden Yuki,” Jaden said, shocking Fonda.

“There’s no way that you’re Jaden Yuki,” Fonda said to Jaden in disbelief. “Jaden is a guy and you are clearly a woman that looks identical to me, well that is if you don’t count that,” she said pointing down to Jaden’s diaper.

“It’s true and I can explain everything,” Jaden said as she began to tell Fonda everything that she could remember from the past month. This started all from when she lost to Fonda when she was a Duel Ghoul, to her and Injection Fairy Lily restraining him, and then using a magical giant syringe to change him into an exact copy of her. She explained that because she resisted Ghoul Fonda she decided to turn Jaden into a baby, destroying her mind in the process, until she was nothing more than what Ghoul Fonda wanted her to be; one big giant baby version of herself.

Fonda was initially shocked by this, but she chose to believe Jaden due to how ridiculous the story was. She had heard many far-fetched stories over the years, but there was no one that someone would ever think of something like this.

“Do you know exactly how long it’s been?” Jaden asked her. He thought that a month had passed by, but it could have easily been more than that. Her mind still felt very foggy, almost as if she could slip back into her baby self at any moment.

“Based on the current date it’s been around 5 weeks, just a little bit over a month,” Fonda said, looking at the current date display on the computer. 

“No, no, no, it really was over a month!” Jaden yelled starting to panic. She had hoped that the time she had been transformed into an adult diaper baby was less than this, but it wasn’t. “Nooooo!!!” Jaden whined in the ear-grating high-pitched voice, that Fonda had.

“It’s alright, calm down,” Fonda said kneeling down to Jaden’s eye level. “I promise that I will find a way to turn you back. If some random Duel Monster could make a serum that could transform you into me then I must have exactly what I need her to eventually create a serum to turn you back!”

“Alright,” Jaden said as Fonda wiped away her tears.

“Until then we have to get you accustomed to your new body,” Fonda said to her. “First things first though, do you think that you’ll still need to wear diapers and eat that smelly rainbow?”

“I-I’m not sure, Jaden said, still feeling the warm sensation in her diaper from wetting herself before. “It scares me to think about it, but after an entire month of wearing them they feel natural to me,” Jaden said as tears once again started to form in her eyes. “Even that gross rainbow paste which I hated at the beginning, I can feel myself craving it right now! I’m addicted to the taste of it!”

“It’s alright, Fonda said, holding Jaden in her arms. “You’ve been through a lot. No one says that you have to force yourself to pretend to be fine. We’ll work this out together,” she said to Jaden.

Holding Jaden in her arms like this made her imagine what it would be like to have a younger sister. She would do everything in her power to help her.

“Thank y-you,” Jaden said, falling asleep in her arms. This was going to be a long road to recovery, but Fonda knew that if anyone was up to this task it was her.

A had passed since everyone was freed from the Dule Ghoul curse and unfortunately for Jaden, her form was still that of Fonda’s. Though thanks to her help she has become more than enough accustomed to it.

During this past month, Fonda tried to find the right mixture of drugs to create the serum to turn Jaden back to normal, but it was no use. Injection Fairy Lily must have used a special drug of her own creation to turn Jaden and since she had already disappeared there was no chance of Jaden going back to her original form anytime soon or even at all.

Though the good news was that with Fonda’s help Jaden was officially out of diapers, and was re-potty trained. She had even begun to eat normal food again, making her less reliant on the nasty smelly rainbow paste, only after 2 weeks of slowly getting herself accustomed to it.

It was humiliating for Jaden to be treated like a little kid, being watched as she went to the potty, even though she had the body of an adult woman. Though everything that Fonda did to help her this past month had really helped her.

While it was true that she had quite a bit of trauma left over and she had to wear pull-ups to bed in case of nighttime leaks, she was slowly becoming normal again. Well, that is as normal as she could be after becoming a woman. Hopefully, it wouldn’t be much longer before she can forget her tragic experience and move on with her life.

However, even though Jaden was making progress with her trauma there was the fact that she still had an exact duplicate of Fonda’s body and Jaden was nowhere to be found. So in order to ease the students and faculty, Fonda told everyone that Jaden went back after the ghoul incident to recover. She then went forward into announcing that Jaden was her twin sister Jonda Fontaine. She told everyone that Jonda was here to take the full-time position as the female student Gym teacher, which Fonda had done before, but this gave her a chance to focus on her actual jobs, being the school nurse as well as the Obelisk Blue Girls Dorm Head.

As of today, it was Jonda’s first-day teaching. She wore Fonda’s tight gym uniform which showcased her large breast and ass for all to see. She was happy that she was teaching the girls and not the boys, though it would still take her some time before she could feel less embarrassed by wearing something that purposely emphasized her figure.

“Hmm, there is something weird about Miss Jonda,” Alexis said/

Jonda could hear the entirety of their conversation as he taught the class. She was disappointed that her friends were so judgmental of their teacher. It’s not her fault that she acted this way. This was nothing more than a side effect of being with Fonda for so long in her fragile mental state which caused her to start talking and acting like her sister.

Later that night it was Jonda’s turn to take overnight watch duty in the girl's dormitory. She was making her rounds when she spotted Alexis, Mindy, Jasmine, and Blair still in the giant parlor room talking about which cards have the most handsome boys on them.

She was told by her sister that any girl that was found to be out of their room at this hour needed a stern talking to. She approached them while wearing nothing but her pink bathrobe that her sister loaned her for the time being. Upon seeing her the girls expected the worst and they were

“Young ladies you should be in bed right now!” Jonda said in a high-pitched feminine voice as she began to nag them. “Girls your age should not be up this late! If you don’t get your 8 hours of beauty sleep you won't be able to function properly in the morning! The longer that you refuse to go to sleep, the longer that I have to stay up as well. My sister and I have Pilates in the morning. If I don’t attend regular sessions I won’t be able to keep my ass this tight. Oh, laughing now, are we? We’ll see how you handle it when you become 30.”

Ever since Jonda became Fonda's sister she had become addicted to Pilates. It was a great way to stay in shape and keep her body feeling refreshed. She can laugh at her past self now when she refused to do them at first. Fonda went on and on, saying that she would like it, but it wasn’t until Fonda dragged her down to the gym and forced her to do it did she see the benefits in it. She was glad that she listened to her sister. She really did know what was best for her.

“Miss Jonda, we’re sorry,” Alexis said understanding that she and her friends were being rude to her. “We were just having a little fun, perhaps you could join us sometime. I hear that there is a secret card art of Avion squatting down, displaying her thicc ass.”

“Well, maybe,” Jonda said, her face turning a bit red. “Though that’s not the point. You girls get back to your rooms this instant! I have Pilates in the morning and if you make me miss them then I will have you girls join me for the next month!”

“Yes Miss Jonda,” the girls said as they headed back to their rooms. Once they were out of ears shot they started laughing at Jonda. She was so much like Fonda that it was hilarious. I mean really what woman goes on and on about Pilates when they could stare at sexy card art of male monsters? She was so much like Fonda that they almost thought it was her at first, but once they saw how awkward she was around them she realized the truth.

Not knowing the conversation that the girls were having about her, Jonda made her way to bed, making sure to set her alarm for the morning so she could get there on time.

Several months had passed since that incident and the school year was about to end and the third years were about the graduate, without Jaden Yuki who had disappeared months ago. No one knew where he was, but his friends assume that if it was him that he was probably dueling someone right now.

Tonight was the Obelisk Blue Congratulatory party, celebrating Chazz as the #1 duelist of Duel Academy. His life really turned around after Jaden disappeared.

Being the main attraction, Chazz was surrounded by hordes of students while Fonda and Jonda watched from the side, gossiping as true sisters would.

“So did you hear that Atticus Rhodes has applied to be a teaching assistant for next term?” Fond said to her sister.

“Like OMG, he’s so yummy, I could just eat him up,” Jonda said in her loud high-pitched voice, causing several students to look back at them, after hearing what they were talking about.

“That boy is such a hunk, I wonder if he’s into older women?” Fonda asked her sister who had started daydreaming once more.

It had started with her having a date with Atticus and then running together in the beach, but once she saw Chaz her daydream ended. Unfortunately for Jonda they never did find a way to turn her back to normal. Whenever she looked at Chazz she was reminded of who she once was. She was disappointed in herself that the path of a world-famous duelist no longer applied to her.

“Don’t look so down,” Fonda said, handing her sister a glass of a sparkly girly alcohol beverage. Once she took a sip from the beverage her doubts and fears washed away and it was long after drinking a few of those that she started to become drunk.

“I love you so much!” Jonda said, almost jumping on Fonda as she started to see bubbles floating in the air. “Being your sister is the best thing that has ever happened to me! Screw being a kid and screw being a guy! I don’t care that I lost years of my youth or my dick. I don’t even give a damn about winning duels anymore!” Jonda started to cheerfully yell at her sister in her drunk state.

“I love being a gym teacher and talking about cute boys! I even love gossiping with my own student and forbidden card art is the hottest! I wouldn’t give this life up for everything! Fuck Slifer Red! Obelisk Blue has everything I could ever need!”

Fonda smiled back at her drunk sister. She had never planned for this to happen or even wanted a twin sister that acted just like her even while drunk, but she learned that this is what she had always wanted.

Her ghoulified self must have wanted this as well, and turned Jonda into a baby because she was being resistant to her new self. It all made sense now. She was so glad that she through away the recipe to turn Jonda back to normal. That was easily the best decision she had ever made. Now it was time to sit back and drink with her sister, who would always be with her from now on.
