During the final battle against Kaguya, Sasuke was too injured to fight, leaving Naruto alone to face her:

“Onaji Onaji Jutsu!” Kaguya yelled as she struck Naruto in the gut with her palms!

Naruto was struck to the ground with enough force to make a normal person black out, but thanks to his Truth-Seeking Balls mitigated the damage.

“Bleagh!” Naruto threw up a bit before he was able to get up. Though as he did he felt like his entire body was on fire! He instantly dropped to the ground as the pain became increasingly worse!

“What have you done to me!?” He yelled as he tried to fight the pain, but it was no use.”

Naruto felt his muscles start to shrink as his arms and legs started to expand. It felt like his body was being forced to use Choji’s expansion jutsu! “Awwwwwwwwwwwwwh!” Naruto screamed as two fully formed horns similar to Kaguya grew out of his head! “Awwwwwwwh!” “What is happening here!?”

“Be silent my love,” said Kaguya with a tender voice. “It will be over shortly,” she said as she held her fingers up to her mouth.

“While screaming in pain Naruto noticed several more changes in his body. His hair which he had started to grow all the way down past his shoulders and to his legs. Its once blond color had turned a stale gray. In addition to this his watched as his skin turned pale, the same as hers!

It wasn’t until Naruto’s pecks had turned into huge J-cup breasts that she realized what was happening. Naruto was becoming another Kaguya and there was nothing that she could do to stop it!

Her clothes were the last part to change. Her iconic orange and black jumpsuit was torn to shreds and she was as it was transformed into a white kimono with a sun, moon and earth on the chest. “Huh what's going on?” Naruto asked herself as she woke up in bed while taking a quick notice to the changes in her body. The last thing she remembered was that Kaguya turned her into another version of herself and then due to the pain, she passed out and woke up here. Though she didn’t even know where ‘here’ was.

As Naruto tried to get up out of the bed she tripped due to not being used to her new sense of balance, and she landed on her now thick, soft bubble butt. As Naruto struggled to stand up she noticed that the room she was in wasn’t her own room. It looked like it belonged to her parents from that alternate world that she and Sakura went to. It looked like it belonged to that kid Menma.

As she finally figure out how to properly move in her new body she walked over to a body shaped mirror on one of the doors of the room. Looking at the mirror she noticed that she didn’t even slightly resemble her old self. Her skin color had turned gray, while her eyes were both eternal mangekyou sharingan’s and she had a rinnegan on her forehead!

As Naruto/Kagura listened to her words, her grasp of who she was started to slip away. “Kagura, you won’t leave me will, you?” Kaguya asked while making a puppy dog expression which caused Kagura to hug her back.

“No! I won’t leave you! Never! We need each other!” she yelled as she pounced on Kaguya in her now tranced state.

For the next several days niether of them left the room and they spent their time together in blissful joy. Several days later they both emerged from the bedroom glistening with sweat, both of them now satisfied with the events that just took place.

However, just as Kagura and finally gotten used to living with Kaguya she saw a small female childlike black Zetsu and two female childlike white Zetsu in the living room. Without a moments hesitation her motherly instincts kicked in and she had all of her kids locked in a bear hug before they could escape!
