Greetings, my lovely patrons!

This is pretty much an update for the Hotaru project voice-over by OpaluVA. 

A nice catch this time is the 'variable frame pacing' version is now going to be officially released for all tiers. The concept to put on a simple term is "The more character moves, the more frame rate" (and vice versa.) Which contain 20-30-45 fps adjusted throughout the video.

However, If you love constant 60fps more. It is still there!
