End of November update! (New Dev updates and Byleth!) (Patreon)
Content
Greetings, My absolutely wonderful patrons!
We finally arrive at the last month of 2021 (and it's okay, you can nut now.) I have taken quite a slowdown to have some time for myself (and try to make a side project that turned into quite a full-time one.) I have promised some small updates along the way so I have decided why not research more about how to make my animation even crazier!
Thus, I have taken my time to research more about how I can do more with Live2D animation. The techniques I have learned are now reaching the territory of V-tuber rigging and Animation development for videogames now. The techniques themselves may not be too obvious so I have made an update list to point out what they are.
Here is my adopted technique list I will apply to the future project :D
Variable animation loop
The original animation loop is all about only controlling speed to give an illusion of dynamic movement (which work's well to some degree.) This technique turns each loop into adjustable fine-tune for motions. Note that on the right example, Each thrust even still uses the same speed. The length and reaction are not the same. Some shallow, Some deep. The dynamic is also much more than 2 gears, unlike the old system.
Remaining Momentum
This is the upgraded version from only software-baked physics. Live2D software physics does its job quite nice but it feels a bit wonky. This new technique combined scripting, with software-baked physics to create more natural leftover momentum for the part in need :P.
Momentum based physics
As I mentioned about the physics of Live2D is still pretty wonky (or I don't know how to apply it properly.) Still, I find some of the V-Tuber models react with hair and other parts with the same wonkiness. Don't misunderstand, It has its own charm but when you try to make a very fast movement. The wobbling tends to be unable to catch up with the scripted animation. So this technique is adopted to make complicated movements that won't make hair and bonkers go flying around too much.
Overall
In summary, these updates, admittedly by themselves are not actually doing much by themselves. Still, this will make my future animations even less repetitive. Imagine there is no single duplicated motion frame in a 2 mins animation video anymore. However, this is still in the experimental phase. as you can see, the last loop still makes Hex's boobs fly quite horribly lol.
As this is not something very impressive for people who don't work on Live2D animation, I decided to release the whole blog of my learning at once. I understand this is might not be something most of my supporters would enjoy. I am still glad I did take a little break (for my family and my own health too.) I am kinda excited about using these new research on future projects in 2022. It's going to be more enjoyable and crazier projects.
Professor Byleth is coming!
As I have mentioned, Byleth starts from a quite small project but as I working on her. I keep getting more and more ideas striking me. And it's time for me to come out clean with you guys that don't know what I have in mind.
This project starts with
- Footjob (with nylons sock utilized. Not the same kind with Syndra project but I can guarantee the hotness and details of the scene.)
But then, as I work, I start to feel creative and start to add more stuff like...
- beads bikini
- puss job
- m bate
- cowgirl
(sorry for such a weird name but P-Kun seems to filter some words. lol.)
That's quite a lot so expect many good stuff (and some of these are fetishes I still never have done before.) So while I am going to start the next main project (It's most likely going to be Cynthia at this point.) I will be releasing Byleth in early December.
As for other updates, I will be most likely take some days off due to a couple more health checkups. Still, after a new discovery of the new strain of the virus. I am pretty sure that most of my days off will be canceled due to another lockdown (understandable.) Thus, I might have to enjoy a good time in my office in the holidays season (which means no days off lol.) Hope you guys still have a good holiday break even on trip or at home.
Sorry for such a long post, thank you again for supporting me for this long.
I hope you all have a nice upcoming holiday and as always.
Have a nice day!
