Greetings!
With our next plan to remaster Juri Project ,which actually a pretty recent one. If I just going to add sfx on this one would be a little too easy. Thus, I am going to try a new technique (which believe or not, I was almost never used on previous projects). The changes might look subtle but I think it will enhanced overall quality.
So what is Z? It's Z-axis, In terms of 3D related media is the representative of depth.
To put it simple.
X = Horizontal (go left or right)
Y = Vertical (go up or down)
Z = Depth (near or far)
As Example video above, Juri in remastered version will move toward the screen a little rather than only sideways. I still working on timing and how much I should use this technique. Overusing this can sometime make the character look deformed easily.
I have learn how to use Z axis effective pretty recently. So it will not be limited to this project and can be a nice additional aspect for the future works.
For Juri remastered T7 releasing date. It should be around 20th -22nd March.
PS. Oh BTW this video has sound. lol.
