Saved options - small Quality of life addition (Patreon)

A small thing coming is when you change something in the options, the game now remembers it. Also when restarting the game, so you don't have to go into options every time you start it up if you play without animations, or the like. 

Just a small thing that I've never really thought about, until someone asked why the game didn't remember your options. I'm happy to rectify that now.

Sometimes I can be oblivious to some rather obvious things, so don't fret telling me. If you've got something that can improve your game experience, let me hear it.
