I’m late to the reaction, but I love that you finally got around to Changsub’s solo album!! I love that he dropped an EP that showed off just one of his musical preferences that doesn’t often get showcased by the group as a whole. Tbh, I commend him for going ahead with an older rock/alt-rock sound knowing it’s not popular yet in the market at the time (2019). You can tell he REALLY released MARK for the sake of the art. BTW, you have a wonderful manner about you in responding to songs that aren’t your particular mood or vibe that I am a fan of, and I truly think more people should adopt this energy universally. 10/10 reaction to follow along with.

I was half expecting BTOB's winter album next since Christmas is coming up 👀 so a solo album is a surprise! For me, this album was a gem, as someone who's music taste is rooted in rock music. It was the "where had this been all my life?" album when I first listened to it. If you liked Jin's "Astronaut", you might like Hyunsik's solo album.

Thank you for listening to this album, Lok! This one is my favorite among all of the members' solo stuff since I alternative-rock is my go-to genre and Changsub loves that genre too. But I agree with your comment about Changsub's voice and piano and how it go so well together. Excited to watch more of your reactions! Happy Holidays!

i love that btob solos really allow them to explore and tap into genres and sounds they're passionate about but can't necessarily do with the whole group while this isn't my favorite of btob's solos since it not as much my style musically i still find myself listening to the tracks so often bc you can hear in changsub's voice how at home he feels with this sound, it just suits him. gone is definitely the standout track though i think you'll really really love hyunsik's solo album! the title, dear love, is easily my all time favorite btob solo track
