Gonna just say this now: Kaeun wasnt in Bang. Bang promotions took place before Kaeun joined the group. Kaeun and Kahi never actually performed together because Kaeun joined after Kahi left. The member who you thought was Kaeun was actually Bekah

You appreciating my bias' vocals makes me so happy. Yoseob has my favorite voice in kpop along with Onew. His solo stuff is so good too, can't wait for you to eventually check out more of their stuff! 2nd gen live performances just hit different (so do their variety show appearances). Hard to believe that Highlight/Beast used to be called the recycled idols. I do wish SHINee, Highlight, and 2PM were able to promote at the same time (fingers crossed they might be on some shows together) because they are all quite close. SHINee said in a recent interview that they all used to hang in each other dressing rooms at music shows and stuff to play games together.

Thanks for the reaction, Lach! Highlight officially debuted in 2017 but I think they are still generally considered 2nd gen. They always have incredible live vocals. If you vibe with this song, I highly recommend giving the album a listen!

As far as SNSD not promoting Holiday and All Night for longer. You can't really put it on SM. SNSD had a hugely busy year 2017. Taeyeon had just finished promoting her first album. Hyoyeon had just finished promoting her second single. Yuri, Yoona, Seohyun and Sooyoung had either just finished, were in the middle of or were rehearsing for their dramas . Sunny was doing a ton of TV shows. I'm kinda glad SM didn't make them promote longer, they needed time to rest. Granted I don't think casual fans realize how much say the women have in their promotions compared to other idol groups. The members are shareholders in SM Entertainment.

I think after hearing that I agree - but I am not up to speed on the timeline for SNSD so I’m sorry if it came off a little harsh because I had just heard that SM only chose to promote them for like 2 weeks, that’s it, no reasons why. But this makes a lot of sense! Thanks for watching and thanks for the info! ☺️
