*Sees N's solo dance in Love Me Do* "I am simping!" I mean honestly that's the only reaction to N and I can say that with certainty because he's been my bias since I got into Vixx. So happy to see you checking out groups I love (this and others like shinee, infinite, 2pm, beast, etc)- people tend not to watch older groups so it makes me so glad to see you enjoying them so much!!!

Vixx discography can be a bit confusing, so just to give you a heads-up, a lot of their mvs/promotional titles come on single and mini albums, and when they release a full album they include the previous title tracks from those minis and singles. So for example, Shangri-la came as a mini (that's where Blackout is from) and then was included on the full album Eau de VIXX (*cough* an absolutely godtier album and great way to start on their discog 👀). You can just listen to full albums Voodoo, Chained Up, Conception 2016,and Eau de VIXX and you'll hear all their titles--though you will miss some great b-sides from minis and singles. ;) VIXX bsides typically don't have mvs (apart from 'Only U') but they have lots of promotional bsides with choreo like Love Me Do 8)

Okey dokey, first off, I am so glad you enjoyed the songs! Honestly you haven’t actually seen/reacted to many of their title tracks! We will have to change that haha. Now to answer your questions about the songs and albums. ‘Love me do’ is on the Hades album (part of their Greek God trilogy), you reacted to the title track ‘Fantasy’. Although it is also on the ‘Ker’ album. ‘Black out’ is off of their Shanghai-la album with the title track of the same name (you haven’t reacted to ‘Shanghai-la’ yet). The third song ‘Memory’ is from a special album called ‘Boys’ Record’ it’s one of three songs on the Korean album and one of four on the Chinese version. ‘Memories’ is an original written by Ravi, Leo and a Jellyfish producer MELODESIGN who often works with VIXX. The title track for ‘Boys’ Record’ is a cover of ‘Love Equation’ although the rap was written by Ravi. In regards to which album to listen to first I honestly don’t know! If you want to see a new title track then I’d go with ‘Shanghai-la’. As for the ‘Blackout’ you’d probably want to go with the ‘Ker’ album as it has a larger track list than ‘Hades’. ‘Ker’ includes tracks from the ‘Zelos’ and ‘Kratos’ albums as well and have a b-side with a comeback stage (‘desperate’) and another song with a music video (‘milky way’ a song for starlights). I’ll be looking forward to the album listens Lok 😁

Oh my god that Ravi and Hyuk stage I’ve listened to it like once a week for a year I’m so glad it was on this list! Ugh I miss vixx

The Havana cover too I remember that day on Twitter.... the shows camera angles did NOT do it justice

Ahh yes more Vixx!! Memory will always hold a special place in my heart. Back then, hyuk barely got any lines in Vixx’s songs and so Ravi wrote Memory to show off how much his roommate’s vocals had improved and that was like, the first time we got to hear him sing so much! Blackout and love me do are both bsides and Vixx typically don’t record MVs for those, but luckily we got a short promo for them when they did the stages for their respective title tracks (shangri-la, with a mini album by the same name and fantasy, hades mini album). I hope they’ve given you a taste of just how good Vixx bsides are and that we can look forward to some album listens when you get a chance!! Just fyi, the Greek god mini album trilogy (zelos, hades, kratos) are all super short, but they’re combined on a full length repackaged album called Conception: Ker, with a bonus track called Milky Way that DOES have a MV if you want to check that out! It was written to thank starlights for joining them on the conception project and they celebrate by filming the MV with the fans!

I mean lachie, a playlist of just their MV's is over an hour long. The discography including bsides is definitely full of awesome songs - they don't disappoint.
