Ok so I was scrolling and saw bambi album listen listed on the summary and instantly just rushed to look for it! I’m so excited that you did this album listen. I apologise in advance for my long comment but I’m just still so excited about this album. When you said at the start that “this is the best of Baekhyun” and I could not agree with you more. Not to say city lights and candy aren’t amazing, he’s definitely grown through his solo albums and done different styles with those, but this album really genuinely is an amazing showcase of him and his vocal skills. Love scene- really his lower register is just a dream (Also the way love scene transitions into bambi like if you listen on spotify it just transitions and flows so nicely into bambi and I love when songs do that on albums) Bambi- i’m so addicted to it it’s not even funny. I really think bambi is such a perfect song for the overall vibe of the album and encompasses all the songs so well. i’ll be spending all the time he’s in military enlistment thinking about the bambi livestage.😭 All I got- I had the exact same reaction, I literally was saying he’s just flexing, and why shouldn’t he? Exols were saying he really said “im going to sing a song only I can sing” those falsettos are really something else. Amusement park- is one of my favourite and most comforting songs since its release in December. It also has an mv if you ever want to check it out, he did it at lotte world. I’d also just like to say his versatility as an artist will never fail to amaze me, and he just sings so smoothly too. Privacy- vibed with 2 seconds in. nothing like a piano and a good beat. (also idk but this song feels short to me i feel like iwant more?) but anyway I love when baek harmonises with himself aswell. Cry for love- ok so I literally malfunctioned when I listened the other day because I completely forgot LDN noise was doing a song with baek and it was the last song on the album and baek said he left this song for last on purpose so I was just not ready. (LDN noise has done A LOT of songs with exo, such as monster, power, sososososo many more, so I always know that if they’re working with exo it’s a guaranteed bop, the beat on it is as usual, amazing) anyway, the lyrics, the runs, the last I cry for love near the end with the held beat hit so hard. Just constantly blown away by Baekhyun and his talent, this is his last album before he enlists and he really left us with a masterpiece he should be so proud of, I am so proud and so grateful. Songs that stood out were definitely all I got and cry for love. Still can’t decide on a favourite though so I’ll just say all haha! 😂

I'm no exo-l but this album has been on repeat at home. This is mt style of music and no one could've done it better than Mr. Byun Baekhyun. His solo releases are all *chef's kiss*

Well, he said he was taking more vocal lessons from when he prepared his 1st solo until now. And he also said that this album will be 70% vocals and 30 musics 😂 This hole album has him doing vocal gymnastics 👌🏻

This album is absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change anything about it. I think Bambi is a great title track, and I think every single B-side track is just as stunning. There is a very jazzy, rhythmic, chill vibe running through this entire album, and it works so well with Baekhyun's voice...which has never been in better form! Cry For Love is the #1 track for me, but my favorite line is from Privacy. In fact, it sums up my opinion of Baekhyun, and this album "You make me feel so damn cozy". You can't feel anything but wonderful when listening to it!
