“Twitter ruins everything” Truer words were never spoken! I’ve been off for about 18 months now & no lie, my life is so damn much better! Sorry that you’ve gotten spoiled a few times, hopefully there will still be some surprises for you. Your point about future season trainees learning from seasons 1 & 2 is right on. I also feel like the shows producers learned as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if they flat out instructed the girls on season 1 to let loose. Maybe the got a bunch of feedback letting them know the audience didn’t like it so they tend everything down....Idk, I’m pretty sure I’m talking out my ass at this point. Bottom line on this is I love confidence but hate snarky & it’s hard to stay neutral in those situations so you’re all good if one trainee or team is more to your liking. It’s human nature. Another interesting point you made was how some of the trainers that were idols couldn’t always relate to the struggles of some of the trainees. Like how can you not get this, I get it... It honestly takes a special person in that kind of situation. It’s the reason why most of the all time best athletes in their sports very rarely make good coaches.....they just can’t understand why some can’t do or think or react like them.

Thanks for this man! I think I’ve heard this before but I forgot exactly what her name was because there are so many names 🥲

Yeeeeesh that one Hot Issue girl really knew how to win over the crowd....her performance was terrific to begin with but dang...respect.

Season 1 is so different indeed. I'm mainly here for Yoojung hehe But, I have the same sentiments about Hyeongeun. I kinda like her esp after these episodes. Cobra once said that she looked like Eunbi at a certain angle kek. I can't always see it but I would agree that she's pretty :) Also, Produce101 Yoojung is so different from weki meki Yoojung. She crazy haha. I can't wait for you to deep dive into Mohae sometime in the future. Thanks for the reaction though! <3

Aw thanks for watching Yan! Hehe ❤️ WELL if you’re excited for Mohae, then this month is your month 🤡🤠🤩❤️

Yeah, I agree that some trainers felt off. Like, Kahi rubs me the wrong way at times. She shouldn't have been the one to teach the After School teams. She was too invested emotionally and wouldn't have been happy about the performances anyway. She at least nodded in approbation for Team 2...But man, I felt so bad for them ahah.

Yahhhh! Now Lachie, the bitchiness is gonna subside for the rest of the season. The girls who were acting out are going to calm down (and/or be eliminated). It feels a bit less competitive and (a bit) friendlier after this episode. Overall, the mean or snarky comments are going to stop. What I like about Chanmi, is that she immediately dropped the attitude and took full responsibility for her mistakes on stage, praised her teammates and apologized. I'm sure it helped her team get the win...even though their opponents were arguably better and more stable. Same for Haein ; she immediately said how sorry she was that her choices didn't lead them to victory. Thing is, she probably picked the weakest trainees (in her defense, with 101 girls, it'd be difficult to remember what each trainee's abilities were). In the end, she was kinda right to force their hand to become the center and the main vocalist, as I don't think the other 4 could have taken these roles. I mean, the performance was perfectly fine, there wasn't anything blatantly wrong with it...they just had no stage presence or energy at all. Haein was great though, really, so much so that it just felt very unbalanced from beginning to end. Still, I don't think they ever stood a chance against Sejeong's team, if only for the fact that she was very popular after the first few episodes. And one last thing ; when the trainees performed for the group evaluation, if I remember correctly, the first episode had just aired. They didn't really know what would be shown on TV at first. I think a few trainees even comment on this in later episodes after they realize MNet was showing all the snarky comments ahah

I love how season1 0trainees are more competitive and eager to win, not afraid of expressing their passion compared to 48 trainees. trainers are commenting more straightforward too. I think PD48 got soft because people wanted to see less stressful contents, like trainees getting along and having fun each other. but it kind of felt boring (personal opinion tho)
