I am actually torn similarly to you, but also a little differently. I loved the Idle performance, but Mamamoo vocals are just crazy. It's nuts how we can go from the intensity of Nightmare version and within 5 minutes be sobbing babies with I Miss You. With Put It Straight Nightmare, the performance was everything. Soojin just owned the world at that moment with the lipstick. The original song, is one of my favorite Idle tracks, so it took me a while to really appreciate the nightmare version, just because of the way the song is written, suits the original better, imo. And really, I'm not sure it mattered what AOA came up with, after that Idle and MMM performance, they would've needed a miracle 5x over just to get on that level. In the end, like you said, it just felt like two separate performances. One where Jimin gets to do what she wants, and the other three just do their unit song. Just wasn't it...

i was quite torn between MMM and Idle. i mean MMM brought the vocals (as always ) and they had a very sentimental touch to it, their performance was definitely made just for the fans , but then Idles twist on everything always leaves me speechless , and they’re acting is always on point, Soojin definitely pulled me in with her lip tremble and her eyes, she looked like she could’ve cried at any second. Idles acting is just out of this world, sadly AOA just didn’t impress me the way MMM and Idle, It felt like two separate performance that didn’t blend well together , if they were to be judged separately then yes the did absolutely fantastic but as one performance it just wasn’t for me sooo my ranking after a long thought process would have to be 1)Mamamoo 2) Idle 3) AOA

My voting will be given in the next episode. But just this. You have to consider that the mission of this episode is Perform a song for the fans. AOA: we have a bit of the same feeling. The performances on their own were good, but together they were uncohesive. Mamamoo: perfectly understood what the mission was. This was a song for the fans. Idle: was a great performance, but the darker side we’ve already seen. There was nothing new. So based on the mission 1 Mamamoo 2 Idle 3 AOA

My rankings for this episode: 1. Gidle ( gave me so much goosbumps their performance was insane its my fav performance they've done on the show. Their nightmare theme was so smart soyeon is a genius!) 2. AOA (First time hearing jelly baby and loved the song i banged it out after this episode. I think i'm one of the few who understood and liked what aoa tried to do. With seolhyun gone the remaining members include the sub unit aoa cream who could perform their song and jimin who has had solos can do her solo. It would of been harder to sing a full aoa song since they already have to rearrange their old songs because of the members who have left and with seolhyun gone it will be extra hard and almost weird to see just 4 of them doing an aoa song.) 3. Mamamoo ( First time hearing the song and I loved it their voices were amazing as always but I think it would be unfair to rank them higher then the other two as they only stood in place and sang where as the others created a whole performance. Even though it was moving and their vocals were insane I enjoyed the others more)

My personal ranking given the FANDORA MISSION: 1. Mamamoo (Fun fact: It's not just moomoos who were crying on site when they performed this, but so are the audience from other fandoms. That's how much it hits in the feels). They nailed the mission. 2. I(DLE) 3. AOA - I'm not a fan of both performances, outfits seem so out of place, and song choices are on opposite poles of mediocrity. Now if we remove the mission theme and based solely on overall performance, then it's 1. I(DLE) - man that performance was art! I've got goosebumps. 2. Mamamoo 3. AOA
