Hey y’all! Thank you so much for being so patient with this! I am: crying again. BUT I am actually stoked with this lineup that we have. There aren’t too many outside of the Top 30 who I can think of straight off the bat that I wished I could've seen other than Go Yujin and Son Eunchae. All things aside the top 30 is looking good!

The Hyewon x Minami split was painful to watch 😭I just knew the entire time they were building us up with all this happy stuff and these stories only to give us a big ol' smackdown in the end 🥺

ANYWAY~ I am so fucking pumped for Episode 9! CONCEPT EVALS AND PERFORMANCES LETS FRICKING GO!

We move closer and closer to the 3-hour tear and snot filled finale...thanks for the upload as always. Should be a good watch considering the 12 inches of snow outside. Also, Purple Kiss and my girl Goeun dropped some heat today!

Btw. Go Yujin and Yu Minyoung were actually seen in Hyewon's agency in 2019 but Go Yujin already announced later she left trainee life and decided to stop chasing her idol dream due to malicious comments - she opened YT channel. Nobody knows anything about Minyoung now I assume. Also.. Wony was 13 in PD48, she was actually keeping it together really well for her age. I love both, her and Yujin, but sending such young girls shouldn't be allowed imo. (It is also creepy that 13 years old girl got over million votes after performing Side to side, let's be real..) Also.. if you noticed Miyu looking anxious.. almost threatening at moments - it is not just bcs of the ranking. If i recall correctly her grandfather, who she loved and wanted to give him her debut kind of as a birthday gift in summer that year, passed away that day of this evaluation. You can tell by the remaining episodes that she kept a good mindset and it had driven her even more to succeed. Don't take the evil editing to heart bcs at some moments the editing in remaining episode makes her look bad. Also.. i dunno much about that blonde disaster of a girl but your attitude towards her is relatable. I didn't see anything flattering about her the whole show and I don't think it was done purely by editing. She literally made her team dance in a singing category like what. And the way she kept accepting leader role when her skills and abilities weren't up to the standard of a leader was horrible to watch.

Spoiler alert! I'd like to add a little more explanation. At that time, the total vote was reflected in each ranking announcement for three weeks. So the 4~6 epi. tended to affect this ranking. (Wonyoung's side to side performance is not but "very very very" performance) On the contrary, the scene where Heo Yoon-jin took the main vocalist from Nako was a big issue in Korea at that time.(Yeah its evil editing and in this epi. Yunjin said sorry for nako) This impact will appear on the next ranking announcement. Many people interested in Miyu cuz this epi. and the results appear at the next ranking ceremony. Sorry for bad translationㅠㅠ

Just a heads up for this episode - Takeuchi Miyu's grandfather, who was very close to her as she grew up (like a best friend) passed away during this elimination round, which added to her emotions from her announcement. That's why she recorded her thank you later. She literally broke down. Other than her mother, he was her biggest supporter during her career, and he watched the show religiously. Everything she does from this point on, she said was in hopes to make him proud.

This episode was an emotional roller coaster, I remember watching it live and when Kaeun and Sakura were ranked. I was like screw it we're just playing rock, paper, scissors for it now.. .LOL

Yujin got robbed on this one 😭. I'm positive that she would have gone to the final had she not been eliminated. She was the best fit for Rumor, hands down. Even the teachers thought the same. The benefit that Sae got is what decided this. Had Miru won the benefit instead on episode 7, Sae would have been eliminated instead of Yujin :/ she got a lot of bad press since she was on the Boombayah team, even though she was one of the kinder members of that team...such a shame.
