So, ol' Broccoli here is a Fairy Tail original?! That's interesting!... As is this world encased in ice!

The way they reveal him as an OG hits me every time. Love the OG Fairy Tail crew.

If I am not mistaken, Wendy was dressed as the main character of the Fairy Tail author's other big story, I forget what its called, but it was his main work before Fairy Tail. Something I remembered from last episode, I forget who it was... Maybe Wendy? Said it feels like a year since they had been in Magnolia (since they were at Crocus for a week), which funnily enough the last episode you saw them in Magnolia was last year of 2023. Show unintentionally went meta. =D The guy with the eyepatch was Precht aka Hades. We now know Hades was one of the founding members of Fairy Tail alongside Warrod, Mavis, and the blonde guy. This also means Fairy Tail is 105 years old. Also, if my math is correct Tartaros is the oldest of the Baram Alliance; Oraceion Seis and Grimoire Heart are both less than 100 years old; in fact they're both barely twenty. The Seis and Grimoire were both founded by Brain and Hades respectively, who were both dark wizards and loose partners, each had their own designs for a guild opposed to the magic council. I think Grimoire came first given Hades' departure from Fairy Tail was when Makarov was 40 some odd years old; he is currently in his 80's. The key link is Ultear. Brain had not yet acquired his five youngsters when he had her experimented on and he also gave her over to Hades as a "gift". So the order of their founding is this: Tartaros ---> Grimoire Heart ---> Oraceion Seis

That feels like a year line could also be an inside joke since the anime took a one year hiatus during the Grand Magic Games ark. For us it was literally a year since we last saw them in Magnolia.
