Wow! I am honestly surprised and impressed how emotional it ended up being, watching this young lady's (dragon's) journey!

The Gimpster 101

The one and only Yakuza Dragon from Hololive, Kiryu Coco. During the short amount of time she was there she changed the landscape of VTubers. While it wasn’t shown here she also made history on her way out as well, during her final stream she was able to sit down and talk to every single Hololive Member group (from the Original Generation to the latest), was given the title of a Legend by the Original 5 and had (at minimum) 490,000 people show up for her graduation….sang with the group she debuted with one final time, sang her one and only original song….then….exited stage left. One of the girls said that after her graduation stream she watched the entire thing and just kept watching with teary eyes after the screen turned black. But this ain’t the end of her journey, my next G100 is going to be what she’s done after Hololive so be sure to look forward to that.

I will!… What’s amazing to me is how thoroughly emotional her departure was at the end, having only watched her career through this vid!

Memes aside, she singlehandedly popularized the English VTuber community, and brought so much chaos and innovation to Hololive during her time there. And now that she's gone back to her previous channel, shes at VShojo continuing her career. Huge respect to her for giving up such a successful career (most superchatted youtuber of all time when she left, and still top three, over 2 years later), to stop her friends from being harassed by her antis. Such a shame that it ended how it did.

2nd comment after finishing the video, I recommend watching Depressed Nousagi's videos for more documentary style videos about Coco and VTubers in general. He's like an unofficial VTuber historian, and he's got an almost hour long video about the incident that led to Coco's retirement

Damn I actually got pretty emotional watching this that Botan clip at the end was probably one of the worst times I've felt she's usually so cheerful and all La-lion so to hear her breakdown like that was tough and I know we some of us talk as if she's dead even though that's not the case and I still love her I'm sad well never get so many of these interactions again though one can hope
