Cana can show up in my bathroom like that any time she likes =D Carla's vision always gives me chills since you see Cana crying, Natsu with a look of despair and the hand of someone who is either unconcious or dead. On top of that, it seems at least part of the tree of the island is falling. Also most of the partnerships have two people with a close bond: Freed x Bickslow - Successors of Laxus Juvia x Lisanna - Lisanna was close to Edo Juvia Natsu x Happy - Best buddies Levy x Gajeel - Started off as enemies but are now good friends Mest x Wendy - Shared bond with Mystogan Elfman x Evergreen - Similar to the Levy & Gajeel situation Gray x Loke - Actually this one was random as hell... Cana x Lucy - This reason will be revealed later on in this arc Also this arc is kind of Cana centric at least in part. She's not among the main gang aka Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Erza, Gray; also some consider Wendy and Carla to be main characters at the level of the original main 5. I tend to agree. This arc is also my favorite up to this point and may even be #2 or #3 on my tier list. You also get to meet my 2nd favorite antagonist of the entire series.

Gajeel and Levy is my favorite ship from this anime! Though their first interaction way back when Gajeel was in Phantom Lord was pretty messed up 😅 Lucy x Cana is a good ship too! Though i still preffer Lucy x Loke. Lucyx Natsu is a distant third for me, but not a bad ship by any means!

This is my personal favorite of all the arcs, its one of the peaks of the series where a lot of things unravel and a lot of really cool scenes happen, you're in for a ride
