I do wish people would stop saying during the first movie "it gets so dark!" It gets "so dark" relative to a children's movie, sure, But they're actually overstating the darkness for adult media. It'd be better if people didn't expect the darkness at all.

In the book the locket actually appears in the 5th book while they are cleaning up Grimmauld place, no one can open it so they assume its broken. Also, I forget if its already been said in these films, but 'Splinching' is where someone leaves part of their body behind when apparating, so thats what happened to Ron. The eye in Umbridges door was Mad-Eye's magical eye that they took from his corpse. just another reason to hate Umbitch.

Pretty sure he's just talking about the visibility if you go back to the first movies there's plenty of lighting and its easy to tell who's who but in the newer films they went away from that it seems and so they end up being much darker overall

Although the setting is London and Southern England the battle scene that went through the tunnel was actually filmed in Liverpool (where I live) a lot of films have used that and other parts of the city including the Dark Knight rises, Fast and Furious etc. I also can't believe that the same week your Half-Blood Prince reaction was posted, Michael Gambon (Dumbledore's actor) died. How sadly ironic RIP to the legend.
