Honestly yeah, I would have been perfectly fine with him killing that bitch. I get that a Jedi shouldn't kill in anger, so maybe he could have meditated or something and killed him very calmly. Anakin was a slave until he was 9, and his mother spent almost her entire life as a slave. His feelings are completely justified. I'm of the opinion that its both justified and cool to kill all slavers. I don't really value them as people which as slavers they should be able to understand.

I feel like Yona was being a bit dramatic about slavers being a sign of the Sith returning. Slavery already existed in the galaxy without their influence, it was just not out in the open, usually involving the major criminal organizations and corruption in various governments. Anakin being a slave under the Hut's being an example.

The Jedi don't do enough against slavery, and its one of there many failings. I guess Yoda was more concerned about how out in the open and blatant the Zygerrians are being. Like, if they can just rebuild a slave empire in plain view of everybody then it's a sign that things are really going to hell.

IRL too. Throughout history many empires have practiced the concept of kidnapping groups of people and then forcing them to work. There was the Egyptians and the Israelites. The Trans-Atlantic slave trade. And in recent years, the human-trafficking market.
