I love thinking of this episode as part of a set with the one before. We see the trajectories of Thorfinn and Canute.

Not sure if it wasn't communicated well or I was just being stupid, but it wasn't until I saw this episode that I realized Ketil's farm is in Denmark, not England. Also as a reminder, King Harald is Canute's older brother, who was mentioned back in season 1 as Sweyn's preferred successor. Makes you wonder if Canute's rise to power will start making waves in Denmark soon...
