This is it, Luffy’s bringing out the big one (literally) so we’re at the climax of this epic ongoing battle in Wano! Luffy vs Kaido Finishes: 2 episodes The FINAL SAGA Begins: 7 episodes Wano Arc Ends: 10 episodes Despite how amazing this fight between Kaido and Gear 5 Luffy has been, it’s not even the most exciting part of the story. Like I keep mentioning from here on out everything is going to keep getting more intense with higher stakes on the line. We’re on a rollercoaster right now and there’s no brakes to stop all the momentum moving forward. We’re on the road to the Beginning of the End. Finding the One Piece is within grasp now!

The Abyssal Drink

Fun fact! Most of the fight in the episode was filler. In the manga Luffy threw a single lightning bolt and used another bolt as a slingshot but he didn't bounce back and forth to hit kaido nor did he pull them from the clouds. The chapter was mostly Luffy taking hits while Kaido talked shit. But I think they did an awesome job with it. Didn't feel out of place and made the fight even better. I know I've brought up the oddities of crunchyroll commentors before, so I won't this time cause ugh, but I must thank you Curtis for being someone who enjoys the show for more than just the fights.

I definitely will! And I'm waiting to see fan-cut of this fight when it finishes, as they have made the Luffy VS Katakuri.
