Hey Curtis, sorry if this is rude, but will you be pausing Fairy Tail so we can catch up to One Piece episode 1071 that airs this Saturday? I know there is some type of schedule, but I am not sure if there is some kind of exception to this given the circumstances to this particular One Piece episode. One Piece 1071 is going to be so major that I am pretty sure 99% of fans have already been spoiled. Not just One Piece fans, but all anime fans in general have gotten spoiled already. It is so bad right now that the Official One Piece website posted the spoilers to hype up Episode 1071. Even the One Piece video games are posting spoilers because it is DLC to their games. Like this is no joke right now on how bad the spoilers are becoming and the episode is not even out yet, so the internet is likely gonna explode. Also the episode titles are spoilers too, so you have to avoid those as well when watching. Maybe a mod can provide an edited version that cuts out the titles for you that would be great in this situation. Hopefully, we can watch it soon because I think you might be the only anime reactor I watch that has not been spoiled for this One Piece moment. I also think you should consider posting edited versions of the reactions from 1069-1071 on YouTube because you are probably the only reactor who will have a genuine live reaction to these episodes as everyone else has unfortunately already been spoiled, so you would get views. I think all of us can agree that the last thing we want is for you to get spoiled on this One Piece episode. Again sorry if this came off rude in anyway, I wanted to know what was going regarding this matter. I really don't want you to get spoiled because it is a shitty feeling especially with all the hype right now. I think a vast majority of us wish we were still unspoiled for this episode. Again sorry if this was being rude.

One Piece will be coming in soon... I can't say if it will be right on schedule, as I don't know what will be happening in Fairy Tail at that point. If I'm at a spot I'm comfortable leaving off FT for a few days then we'll do OP as it comes out. 😊

The dub conveys this better imo, but Freed is hesitant to follow along Laxus' plan change especially with him escalating it to a point they did not plan together. Freed even tells him that "come what may, this blood will be on your hands" to Laxus. He's making him understand the consequences he will have to live with.

I'd say if he dreads being spoiled, i'd suggest after this arc, else after the next arc as this one and the one after it are the last arcs where it's less than 20 episodes. He's over halfway through this one and the next arc is around 17 episodes. So it'd be around the end of August/beginning of September before he lands in a good stopping spot. Otherwise stopping after this arc is actually a pretty good place to catch up on OP as the narrative changes after this arc and the show explores more of the world instead of keeping it contained within the Fairy Tail guild and Magnolia.
