When this episode came out, all the comments were about people being thirsty over the big barbarian woman and her abs heh.

The other adventurers are confident because they are used to taking on bigger threats (part of the reason they don't see goblins as worth their time, bigger monsters pay better). Spear guy was boasting earlier in the series of taking down a troll, which are probably around the size of goblin champions. They also have magical equipment and weapons in addition to whatever magic/special abilities they may have.

So interestingly this bit with the goblin lord originally came before the adventure in water city but they changed it for the anime and I think you'll agree it's one of those changes that does make sense, and I'm kinda glad they did it. The adventurers fighting together feels like a cool as a finale but also, could you imagine the balls on them if they instead ended the series on goblin slayer dead for example? That would have been wild. Also, yeah I like the amazon warrior a lot she comes out of no where slays some goblins then leaves. Honestly though I'm liking the future paladin lady too. Though lets be honest the waifus, and really all of the characters here are pretty great. Also, I feel like it hasn't been mentioned but the spear guy has the same VA as other characters you've liked like soma from food wars, inosuke from demon slayer, kirito from SAO, and probably others you've watched that I can't remember off the top of my head.

Well...tomorrow gonna be a good day. Off work after packing 3 workdays worth of hours into 2 days, I can pick up my new car, and the finale of Goblin Slayer with our favorite bald second papa. good times, good times....

Well most of the male veteran adventurers are Warriors of some description or another. In fact outside of Goblin Slayer's party, spellcasting adventurers seem to be quite rare. So far we've only seen the Witch and the Young Female Paladin who Goblin Slayer helped slay rats. So most of them are Warriors and they take great pride in their skills with the blade. Fighting is a great opportunity to show off that skill, so of course they're all about the fight.

Cow Girl might have saved GSs life by refusing to run notice he said he couldn't win against the goblins not that he wouldn't try he never would've asked on his own behalf also I kinda like the spear guy
