Goblins in this world are kind of like a rodent infestation (especially compared to the giant monsters and demons etc that are around), they are not a threat individually but if ignored they can grow out of control. Anyone who has lived in a city with a serious rat problem can attest to that,

Dwarves in a lot of tabletop RPGs like Dungeons and Dragons. Usually have an ability called Poison Resistance. A Dungeon Master might interpret that as them having an advantage in consuming large amounts of alcohol. Plus they get a bonus to Constitution, the stat that would be rolled in a drinking contest. High Elf Ranger/Archer never stood a chance.

I love how we get to see goblin slayers group of friends but more importantly cow girl trying to help mend his broken psyche a little and get him to feel again she is really trying to get her friend back he's been mentally gone for a long time. great reaction as always, and this was a great episode.
