Yamato's backstory was short and straight to the point. It really highlights her love for Oden. Now we just learned she has Supreme King Haki as well, so she's on that elite list of people alongside Luffy and Zoro! Also the So-So Blue Hair samurai looks very similar to Zoro, in fact his back tattoos of the two swords is the same logo kid Zoro's dojo used on their uniforms. Interesting how that logo made it from Wano in the New World all the way to a tiny village in the East Blue... Also I just realized this is the last full week of the One Piece reactions. We're almost caught up to date, the latest episode should be 1054 after it comes out Saturday night. So only a few more episodes left until weekly reactions

Yeah only Momos body aged. So aging Momo to be 28 basically took 20 years off of his life that he could have lived out naturally. That's part of why Shinobu was bawling her eyes out haha

Those three Samurai are genuinely good doods. They knew exactly what Kaido was trying to do to Yamato, but they didn't care if Yamato was Oden's child; still a child. They could also tell Yamato was nothing like Kaido anyways. I recall saying something along the lines of... There are great moms like Bellamere, Toki, Otohime, and Scarlet then there are shitstains like Big Mom There are great dads like White Beard, Zeff, Oden, King Neptune, King Rikku & Kyros and then there are shitstains like Judge and Kaido. Good dads got a +1 and bad dads got a +1.
