Regarding Percy, in DnD there is a class called the warlock, which is a person who gains powers by making a pact with a higher being (could be a powerful spirit, a demon, a genie etc). Not all these entities are evil, some can be good. Percy sort of unknowingly became a warlock and gained the knowledge to create firearms through his desire for revenge. He's a normal fighter type without any magical/supernatural powers otherwise. Are we going straight into season 2? It's complete, I actually stopped watching halfway through so I could watch along with you. More fun to be had.

Remember Brimscythe, the blue dragon at the very beginning of the season, compared to the other 4 we saw at the end of this season, he's considered a young dragon not quite yet an adult yet. The other 4 are ancient ones which means they have much more experience and wisdom than he does. So all of Season 2 of Vox Machina is currently out with 12 episodes same as this season. So hopefully you'll fit that in when you can. Already been announced that was renewed for season 3 so we got that to look forward to as well. I think what makes this show so well done is when they redid it from the stream is that the cast who created the show, are all executive producers since they know the story and the characters they created and what made it special and are so deeply involved with the whole process because rightfully so they are protected of the characters and the world that they had been building since even before 2015.

Throwing a Villain's dead body into a pool acid so they don't come back. A classic strategy of D&D players and the bane of Dungeon Masters everywhere. (How can you have reoccurring villains when your players kill them all and don't leave you with the possibility of resurrection).

Sometimes i don't think Curtis is a psychopath, but then i see him get giggly at the prospect of someone getting flayed alive by piece of piece of flesh and i think, maaaaaybe there's something to it. Season 2 is upon us as im sure you're a bit ahead and im very excited for it, the Chroma Conclave arc is really superb. If you thought Brimscythe was a problem, wait til you meet his much older, bigger and much, much more powerful cousins
