Aside from Pike seeing all that evil stuff in Percy, the fact that his sister's name appeared on his pistol before he even knew she was doing something is a major tip off that Percy's situation is not just a revenge fetish.

Dunno if you caught it, but since you're a few episodes ahead its probably already clicked in, but when Cass snaps her head at Percy you can notice a flash of yellow light in her eyes, indicating shes under permanent mind control like the King and Vax. In the campaign this was left a bit more ambiguous whether she was truly controlled or not, and pointed far more to Stockholm syndrome due to her trauma as a child and captivity as an adult.
