Knowing Delilah she probably didn't. I didn't see her feeding them. lol I can only assume she killed them as soon as they were dressed.

Yea but they were told to get dressed after the meal I believe. Unless they just dressed up the corpses themselves

The stories they were telling around the campfire were actual things that happened to the group when they were playing in the campaign, they are very creative in finding ways to kill people or in Keyleth's case, accidentally horribly killing people.

So a note on the Gods of this world, when they were originally playing the game. They used the official names of various Deities in Dungeons and Dragons (and a few in other games like it) for example the Dawnfather was originally called Pelor. Whereas Pike originally worshipped Sarenrae. When they made the show, they'd couldn't use the Gods' actual names. Due to copyright issues from Wizards of the Coast (who makes Dungeons and Dragons and have the name Pelor copyrighted) and Paizo (who makes Pathfinder where Sarenrae is from) so they were forced to use generic titles. That both gods held, but were generic enough that it'd be harder to get sued over using.

With Vex i think its less about Keyleth and more about being an overprotective sister, i have a few family members like that, so i relate. Although, in all honesty, her warning about those vines having thorns isn't baseless either.
