This reinforced Ishho's resentment to the W.G. being justified; they had been in business with Orochi through Doffy. When Doffy was captured, they just made a deal with the supplier directly. The W.G. do not want peace, they want their "peace". Also gotta love how Big Mom, Zoro, Law, Killer, Kid, and Big Mom's homies were all just staring in shock at Kaido getting his shit punched in. When I frist saw this episode and saw how Kaido just kept staring at Luffy, I was confused if it was doing anything or not. Which it did hurt him, since that beating was similar to a WWE wrestler getting a nice set of hits in, but not enough to secure the 1-2-3. And Zoro has now joined the ranks of those who've managed to actually wound Kaido. He is truly Luffy's number one guy.
