Haruhime hugging Bell with her tail while he's crying is adorable. Author saw the fighting of fans about who was best girl and said "Time to introduce a new contender" this season. Also, Aisha was criticizing Bell's indecisiveness. He doesn't want to drag his family into a war but also doesn't want to leave Haruhime alone, Aisha is saying he won't be able to save her unless he's willing to go all in. Also, magic which can raise an adventurer's level is huge, considering the power differences between levels. It could definitely tip the scales in a normal war, but Freya's familia is the strongest in the city for a reason.

Doesn't seem like you managed to pick up on the hints Aisha was throwing at Bell, or the ones surrounding her character to a lesser extent. She wasn't being a bitch for no reason, she was egging him into action. Her story leads you into it if you read between the lines, she says she hates Haruhime, but she saved her life before. The Ishtar familia had another Killing Stone which she broke, invevitably she was caught, beaten to near death and then driven insane by practically being raped by her own Godess. Aisha challenged Bell's indecisiveness and reluctance because she can see he wants to save Haruhime, but he's up against one of the strongest Familia there is, he'll either have to go all in or otherwise Haruhime dies. It wasn't so much a "You're pathetic and can't get her from me", but rather a "Make up your damn mind and face us", she no longer has the willpower to defy Ishtar, but she still cares about Haruhime to want someone to save her. On a different note, everyone definitely caught on to the fact that Toad needs to die, and i'm quite happy using a tiny knife to preform the decapitation, the longer it takes the better
