It's only thanks to the most recent two God of War games that I even recognize some of these gods turned goddesses, name wise. It kinda makes me want to see if we have any Greek Mythology buffs in the Goosh. Like I recognize the name Freya and from what little I know of her she's apparently a goddess of Fertility (which explains why all the guys were all over here. Well, besides the fact she's hot) or at least she is in the last two God of War games.

So there's actually a side story series that covers the events of of S1 along with new material from the Loki familias perspective its not bad and I'm actually hoping they continue it after the 2nd cour of S4 because I hear were almost caught up to the source material for the main series but also I hear some people say they actually like Sword Oratoria better specifically LNs because the show only got one season

So happy you’re watching this, a lot of people like to pass it off as typical wish fulfilment harem shit, but it’s actually a really good series with a decent score in every aspect of its writing imo

Freya was nowhere this much of a bitch in Norse Mythology. Sowing discord was more of Loki's schtick. Hephaistos in Greek Mythology was a dude, and a very ugly one at that. He was so ugly that when his mother Hera presented him (part of a revenge scheme against her husband Zeus for sleeping with everything that moves) before the Gods, they all laughed at him and her. Enraged Hera through him off Mount Olympus and made him even uglier. Really the only thing that comes close to Hephaistos' trademark ugliness is the eyepatch and honestly it just adds to her looks. Miach the fellow who gave potions to Bell is a minor Irish deity that was renowned for his healing abilities. Hence why he now sells healing potions.
