Really fun first episode! My initial advice to Bell is to appreciate the Goddess he has at home! Although Ais is pretty hot!

This is a really underrated show, i think most people mistake it for falling into the Isekai craze when it isn't even part of the genre. I'm really excited to see your thoughts going forward. Also in case you weren't aware, i believe when this originally got voted in the show only had 3 seasons but the 4th has concluded airing since then, and while it is being split into 2 parts i do believe its worth going through it and simply catching up later as we usually do here.

Personally I'm on Team Ais, I admire Hestia's devotion, but her jealousy is a huge turn-off. I also don't turn my nose up at Syr or Eina. Fun fact Hestia is the goddess of the Hearth, domesticity, the family and the home. Which accounts for why she doesn't have a lot of heroes coming to receive her blessing. A lot of them probably go to Gods of War and that sort of thing. Loki unlike in mythology is a chick in this series (the red-headed one that seems fun), though there was that one time he turned into a mare, slept with a stallion and gave birth to a six legged horse monster. He was also skilled in Magic which was usually seen as a woman's domain. So maybe they were going by that logic because they felt the show needed more girls in the series.

Yeah. This is one of the fantasy light novels that got adapted at the same time as a lot of isekais were coming out, so it's easy to confuse. Even I sometimes do that 😅

This show is very enjoyable and I even have read some of the light novels (I own first 7 as physical copy and rest as e-books, but only read like first 2 thanks to "being busy"), oh and manga. So I haven't read past what happens in anime 😂 And I have watched the first season at least twice (and abridged multiple times)* but I just now noticed/realized a certain scene mid episode.... *abridged might cut it, so doesn't help...

Oh sweet I actually really love Danmachi apparently the author wanted to call it Familial Myth or something along those lines but the editor made them call it Is it wrong to pick up girls in a dungeon which I feel kinda keeps some people from watching it and in some instances gets other people to watch instead
