Even though her siblings have treated her terribly, Noelle still loves them, getting any kind of recognition from Nozel is a big deal to her. Hell all she has wanted was to be acknowledged by them. I'll give Nash points for stepping to the plate. Sure his efforts were not going to do anything, but the boy's got guts!

I believe Noell is happy because Nozel is actually acknowledging her and treating her like she's worth something. This is important to her because until recently he's been treating her like she isn't even worth being in the same room as him, like she's less than worthless.
