Nice, was just able to sort my card issue so I can finally see the reactions again. Urusei Yatsura is an absolute classic, and I'm loving how this remake is turning out, the animation looks so pretty and colourful, and the voice actors are doing a great job, which makes sense given how many big names are involved in it, because they're only doing about 46 episodes apparently so they're only adapting select stories from the manga by the way, like the personal favourites of the team adapting it, they asked Rumiko what stories she'd choose but she let them decide, like for the first episode they adapted chapter 1 and 5 though they did make a few changes to the stories. Here's a cool little detail, Ataru's father's voice actor is actually the voice actor for Ataru from the original anime from the 80s, both him and Lum's VA who'll be voicing Lum's mother will be in this series kind of like a passing the torch thing, it's actually kind of sweet.
