You want some tea with that sugar? indeed. I actually tried cooking a few things shown on this show, the soufflé cheese cake (or Japanese cheese cake) being one of them. And while mine didn’t come out looking anywhere near as good as here or pics I saw online, was pretty tasty. All the same, if I’m having cheesecake, I’ll opt for New York style.
