As a non-smoker myself, I think it's ridiculous when smokers aren't even given a smoking area. Tired of other non-smokers that have been hit so hard with propaganda, that they think they'll get lung cancer from being near a smoker for a few moments. Have you ever stood near a campfire or charcoal grill? In a kitchen when someone burned food? Yeah, you inhaled 10 times more smoke then.

Of course that sadist Sogo was the one to propose a smoking ban and not even make concessions to have a designated smoking area. Also Matsudaira is such a hypocrite, we've seen him smoke just as often if not more than Hijikata.
