Random fact, Psycho-Pass along with a bunch of other anime such as Attack on Titan, Sword Art Online 2, Death Note were banned in China several years ago. Most of the anime banned involved themes such as rebelling against authority or going outside the law to accomplish goals. On a fun note, China has also tried to ban porn (unsuccessfully of course) but has not banned most fanservice anime. Even Chinese regulators don't want to give up anime titties.
