It's fun seeing Tanya get along with her soldiers honestly, when she's not stressed out and planning she can actually relax and make jokes with them like a normal person. When she's not fighting she's pretty normal and even friendly to others. That's one of the things from the light novels, a lot of what Tanya says about herself from her past life makes it sound like she was a pretty normal person, she was just extremely driven and a hard worker so she'd became fairly successful, but in her personal life she played games and had friends, she just love efficiency and studying economics as well, she's always been fiercely individualistic and a believer in meritocracy, she just struggled to see somethings that are usually obvious to others though, like how unhinged the guy who killed her was when she was a businessman, she didn't consider that he'd throw his life away for short term satisfaction and revenge.
