So you missed it at the beginning of the episode cause it gave a little prompt that you missed but the reason lucoa called it tits days is cause the way shouta says father (Chichi tho I think in his case it also ends with ue so it would be chichiue since he's talking about his father while Chichi means boobs), is the same way you can say boobs in japanese, so she mistook him saying it's fathers day for tits day. I might be wrong in some regards but this is just the little I know about that

Honestly that girl should've gotten better friends instead of abandoning a doll that was that precious to her. Clearly it had a lot of sentimental value to her. They said in the episode that it was very expensive, custom made in fact. Which would lead me to believe that somebody very important to her gave it to her. (My money's on it being a grandmother, since that's usually how these things go). It would explain why she often went to that shop where it was made for maintenance. Those aren't the actions of someone who just views a doll as another toy. So many kids would've just thrown it in the trash once it started falling apart. Leading me to believe that it was of great sentimental value.
