Caster is Gilles de Rais who was Marshal of France (leader of military affairs) around the same time that Joan of Arc came onto the scene during the Hundred Years War. After Joan was burned at the stake by Burgundian Mercenaries for Witchcraft. He retired, sponsored a theatrical work and began supposedly dabbling in the occult. (Hence why he's appearing here as a Caster instead of as one of the other roles). In 1440 he was executed by the Church for the supposed murder of a number of children. Being perhaps one of the first known cases of a serial killer. Predating even Elizabeth Bathory probably by a good hundred years. A number of people testified against de Rais but there's still speculation that he was falsely accused. In an effort by his political enemies to steal his land. Interestingly enough he appears in another series you've been watching alongside Joan of Arc in Drifters. I like that a number of the series you've started watching. Include various fictional interpretations of the same historical figures. For example the Count St. Germain in Drifters and Castlevania, Gilles de Rais in Fate Zero and Drifters, and Toshizo Hijikata in both Drifters and Gintama.
