I'm glad we're getting back to Ranma, it's one of my old favourites, the first season starts out a bit slow but the characters are just so charming lol, Nabiki is really money obsessed which creates a lot of fun, and Kuno is Kuno lol, there's a reason Rumiko Takahashi's series have been so successful since the 70s she just writes fun charming characters you want to see. By the way Kuno in the sub and manga actually speaks with an old high and mighty accent, like a traditional samurai, which basically translates to him speaking like he's in a Shakespeare play

Rumiko is definitely a master of the rom com genre but even still shes also quite good at writting pretty compelling shonen esque fight scenes when she wants and as always creates an interesting setting for her stories. Ranma ½ is still probably tied with inuyasha as my favorite rumiko series and ranma itself is easily one of my all time favorite series hell i own the complete manga
