Don' overthink the Rebis (the male/female body that's been sewn together). Lots of reactors think about that way too deeply. You'll know its purpose and that of the ring when the time comes. Also, for those who know what I'm talking about: There are a lot of hints about the revelation later on, in hindsight (crossing holy water, the conversation this episode, etc.). Pretty awesome :D Not sure how far Curtis actually is, so I tried to keep it vague.

It's amazing how well it is foreshadowed. Down to seemingly unimportant quips that in hindsight are quite on the nose.

The Russian guy attack Varney? Don't you know who he is? He's Varney, Varney of London, member of Dracula's court, sent to Targovista to deliver the city to Dracula. Haha, I can't help but like his demeanor and attitude. That shit cracks me up.

I'll be honest I really dislike Zampyr, even before I found out she was crazy. Prior to the revelation that she was in fact crazy, she felt incredibly shallow and even that revelation didn't do much to add to her depth. She feels like one of the writers went "We need a strong warrior woman, with a stereotypical feminist haircut." and never bothered to think about how to make this character interesting. Which is disappointing when we've already got several female characters in this show that are way more interesting than she is. Okay, I said my piece, I'm done, I won't talk about it anymore.

I haven't really thought about it before, but I think my favorite couple is from Fairy Tail (can't give names, since it's a bit spoilerish). But Trevor and Sypha's bickering is very funny and endearing.

I gotta be honest too, out of the many characters throughout media that have given me that typical feminist insert vibe, she is not one of them. Shes not even a strong warrior woman, she gets her ass saved 100% of the time and couldn't have done something properly to save her life. I don't think she was meant to be overly interesting or important, hell Alucard's new girlfriend is more important than her, and im pretty sure she has less screentime. I honestly just see her as a side character with a broken mind
