I love this episode as well, seeing how much Sakura cares about everyone, and how much they care about her is so sweet, it's one of my favourite familial episodes in the show along with the time she met her Great Grandfather earlier, and a few episodes near the end of the show. honestly any episode that involves Sakura's mum nadeshiko in any way tends to be a classic, she may be gone, but she's always watching over her family. also if you're wondering 39.6 Celsius is is 103 Fahrenheit, so pretty high.
