This celestial dragon is 1 of 2 that I like, the other being doffys dad, I mean doffy was horrible but it seemed like his dad was a decent guy, and this guy I like rn cause he seemed to have learned his lesson from otohime.

This is twice now that Charlos got his ass knocked out by someone for being a deplorable asshat. I don't think this is confirmed, but its my headcanon, when Otohime went with Mjosgard back to his home, the two got to know one another and he gained some much needed empathy for others and may have helped persuade The Elders to allow Fishman Island the chance to partake in Reverie. If I recall, he also freed all of his slaves and currently owns none. Edit: I do believe Mjosgard has seniority over Charlos and I think as a collective, they prefer to avoid conflict amongst one another, so Charlos will just need to deal with being made into a loser.... Again XD
