I absolutely LOVE the community we have here, and with the ridiculous issues at YouTube, I would SO much love to be able to drop YT altogether and post all our content and live streams here.

The only reason I can't is simply because YouTube is how the vast majority of folks find their way here. I obviously and truly adore THE GOOSH, and would hate to have the membership drop to the point where I'd have to abandon doing this, in favor of a different profession, so as to be able to pay my bills.

I've wracked my brain, trying to think of ways to promote THE GOOSH without YouTube. I haven't been able to come up with anything, but if any of you guys have any ideas at all, PLEASE hit me with them! 

Being supported by you guys because you enjoy our community and hanging out here is SO much more gratifying than trying to make a buck on YouTube's ever-stingy ad revenue. Hell, even over there, the majority of income I receive is DIRECTLY FROM YOU GUYS, in the way of Super Chats! You guys dwarf what ad revenue brings in!

...Whatever the eventuality, though, I could never adequately express how much I appreciate and enjoy all of you! I hope being a part of our gang here is something that truly makes you happy.

Twitch and DLive are other alternatives to YouTube. Otherwise from what I know that’s your only options.

I know you don't want to but I do honestly think Twitch could be a good option. Even maybe creating a backup/second YouTube channel and advertising that one? Perhaps it wouldn't be on Susan's radar, at least not right away.

Theres always dropping monetization on videos posted to youtube to keep the community outreach for the goosh while not being as heavily restricted or monitored by youtube for whatever we do as a community on there

Whatever you decide curtis, i just want you to know i’ll always 100% support you and im sure the vast majority of people here feel the same way. Youre a father figure to me and one of the very few friends i have in this world. You, your videos, and the spaz/goosh community as a whole have helped me get through some of the darkest days of my life and I’ll never forget that. And im sure there are others like me. What you do here for us is absolutely amazing and I’ll never stop supporting you! Love you curtis, we’re all with you! :)

Yup this is the biggest problem I face as a creator as well, and as a developer ive always had the brilliant idea in the back of my head to design a platform for reactors where they can specify a link or pick from a selection menu what they are reacting to so that in a separate window on the same page the official copy for that reaction gets played again simultaneously, this way official sources get all of their revenue and reactors dont get struck down.
