Honestly the fact that Tenma hasn't been arrested prior to this is impressive. It's probably been the better part of a year at this point. Most fugitives only stay at large for a couple of months at most. Excluding a few notable cases, Cartel Leaders and Mafia Chiefs in Sicily have evaded capture for years at a time. Though those are people that have a whole network of people keeping them from getting arrested. Whereas Tenma is a lone individual, the better part of a year is impressive.
